Thank you for the tips! I did everything you mentioned but my buds were not discoverable. I downloaded the Galaxy Buds App from the Microsoft App Store and it suggested I put the buds in my ears and touch them for 3 seconds until I hear the beep. And the miracle happened! Now they are both discoverable and paired!

If your device has problems finding a bluetooth devices, go to bluetooth settings and under "Discovery" tab, click on allow, and tick bluetooth devices to find this pc. It was unticked on my pc, wasnt able to find my headphones and controller.

I realised I couldn't connect the buds to my PC because I didn't actually physically install the wifi/ bluetooth antenna that came with my motherboard. I assumed that since wifi and bluetooth could be enabled (and seemingly works for some devices), the antenna was useless. Once I did install, the buds could be detected and connected almost instantly. You might want to try that.

i have been using buds 2 on my win10 laptop just fine as both output and input device at the same time. Just got a new laptop win11. I can connect the Buds 2 as the output device, but cannot connect the mic (input device). Any advice?

have you tried manually activating bluetooth by pressing down the earbuds in their case? (that was my problem)

I had same problem. I turned off bluetooth on my Galaxy s23, and then they whanted to pair with something, an started to appear on pc.

Hello, I finally found the solution to the problem. I had a version of Windows 10, and I updated it to Windows 11, and here lies the problem, because Microsoft gave all Windows 10 users a trial version after updating their system to Windows 11, and this version has deficiencies and a lack of original updates. I bought a Windows key 11 And I changed the product key, but it was useless until I erased the entire copy from the device and installed a copy of Microsoft, and then I entered the Windows key that I bought, and here is the surprise. I got Windows 11 original, updated and beautiful, and also the Samsung headphones worked smoothly and without problems, and I lost money because of the trial version because it Samsung headphones are not accepted, and I had to buy a computer headphone twice. If I had known that the cause of the problem was the Windows version, I would have changed Windows 11 from the beginning.

find out reset galaxy wearable , earbuds settings, Reset make sure you open the earbuds and searching for them at the same time
