  • Can’t Connect Samsung Galaxy Buds to Windows 10 FIX.
    Your Galaxy Buds may fail to connect to your computer if the system drivers or Windows of your system is not updated to the latest build. Moreover, the wrong configuration of the system services may also cause the error under discussion.
    The user encounters the issue when he tries to connect the Galaxy Buds with his PC but fails to do so (although some users were successfully connecting before). In some cases, the user’s PC fails to find the buds, whereas, in other cases, the pairing was successful but no sound from the buds. The issue is not limited to a specific version of the Galaxy Buds.
    This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, and Samsung.

    Hey can you help me? Some of my in-built apps including the Windows 10 Firewall Defender, Microsoft Store etc. just seemed to have stopped working! Everytime I try to run the firewall app it just simply reads "The Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security snap-in failed to load. Restart the Windows Defender Firewall service on the computer that you are managing. Error code: 0x6D9." There is no Inbound outbound options. Its like its half-dead or something.

    Thank you! For people with Windows 11: Go to Bluetooth and Devices > go down to Related Settings and open Sound > Scroll down to 'All sound devices' > Select the buds > Allow Audio to be used by Windows and other apps. It worked for me, and it took me a hella long time to figure out!

    I followed every step but at the last bit when I need to check the boxes in the services tab of the Samsung buds properties. There is no boxes to tick its just empty space. I've been trying to do this for 5 hours now am not even joking.

    Man, this was a lifesaver after days of thinking my Buds Pro was broken (even though it was entering pairing mode), or maybe my Bluetooth PC adapter was horse shit (which was discarded since my Buds 2 Pro connected fast, but the first one did not). Enabling this service and going to pairing mode (holding the buds touchpad) did the trick. If you have a similar problem, ignore all other garbage suggestions people throw over Reddit. This is the way.

      finally found a fix. hopefully this works for you. put your ear buds in their case. open case, press and hold both ear buds until you see red and green light flash on case. I did this and finally the computer discovered them. I learned this from downloading the buds app from the microsoft store. Hope this works for you too!

    What worked for me was to simply reset the earbuds from the phone and then the laptop was able to finally see the galaxy buds + when pairing.

    I connected my earbuds but I still can't change the output sound to the earbuds (my computer only allow it as input device sadly)
    Hopefully there's a fix to this
    EDIT: Nevermind the problem is fixed. You need to go to manage sound devices and disable your local speaker. If you wanna switch back just disable the earbuds as well then both of the options will be back!

    No luck here. My Earbuds use to connect now they no longer whatsoever. Unfortunately, the steps did not change anything. It's a very odd situation with my earbuds.
