I tried this, and it didn't work. The way I did it: was to take out the buds of the little charging box and tap the sensor part of each one at the same time. (You have to be sure you already have activated the option "Show notifications to connect using Swift Pair" on your computer) Then magically will appear a sign on your screen that says that the Galaxy Buds want to pair and done! You only need to click on "Accept" and, that's it. I hope this helps!

Thank you as well, it took a while for my acer to recognize it and i even turned off my phone's bluetooth...anyone having issues sometimes just wait it out or close the case as well as turn off your computer's bluetooth and try again. What's odd was it connects immediately if the case and buds are a bit further away from your computer. Also change the setting to hands free rather than the stereo which it connected to that option first as he mentioned at the end.

Thank you! I figured out that you need to switch off bluetooth on your phone and then process this procedure. When you switch on your bluetooth on phone again, it will not affect previously set connection of your buds to the PC.

Thanks for sharing this. I was getting my buds paired while in my ear. It seems for Samsung Galaxy buds we need to keep them in case to be in discoverable mode which is different from other devices.

Is there any way to easily switch between using these with my phone and my laptop? It's pretty annoying to have to get my phone and unpair them from my phone every time and re-pair them every time. I also don't want to turn off Bluetooth on my phone because I have other things connected. With Bluetooth there is normally a button on the peripheral/slave device to put it into pairing mode without having to get the master and turn off its Bluetooth. (That's now how Bluetooth is meant to work.) These seem to lack that important button which is stupid. What if these are paired to a phone that I can't unlock to turn off its Bluetooth?

Sadly still can't get mine to connect to my PC. Reset them on my phone, turned phone bluetooth off and they still wont show on my PC to connect to :(
I'm having the same problem. I've had no problem connecting other brands to my pc before, but nothing I do causes the galaxy live ones to be discovered.
To do so, wear the Galaxy Buds Live and press and hold the touch-sensitive area of each bud until you hear a series of radar-like beeps

Did you figure it out? I've been trying to get my buds + to connect to a desktop for about a week now and can't figure it out.
i could never get any of my samsung buds (glaxy buds og, buds plus and these buds live) to connect and work properly on my pc. on my z390 and current z490 motherboard with built in bluetooth, they dont seem to pair at all, or they cause videos to freeze, or have audio issues.

There is a lot. I tried playing a game yesterday the sound is almost 2 sec back. Which is awful... Buds live are actually amazing headphones and have amazing sound when u use them on your phone. There are a lot of controls, equalizer options, ambient sound, gaming mode(so there is no latency), and ANC. The problem is all these controls are accessible through your galaxy wearable app on your phone. As soon as you connect them to something else, you cannot use those options, which makes no sense at all...
Ah. Tried turning off my phone bluetooth and tapped the sensor with the buds, did not work. My desktop finally found it when I took the buds out of the case.

i followed direction and turned off bluetooth on my iphone first and wouldnt connect, then i tried turning bluetooth back on my phone and it connected to my pc no problem. Dont know how that happened.

How to use their features through windows? U cannot access ambient sound, you cannot access the touch controls because I want to turn them off, you cannot access gaming mode so there is no latency, U cannot access the equalizer...

I found the echoes rich in sound and easy to operate. The others headphones did their job, especially my Sony MX 1000 M3. However, the echo did a better job with the music and didn't lose connection with my phone. Overall, I think the echo is better than the competition when it comes to sound and performance. I will get the new Sony MX 1000 M4 and do another test on the plane. I want Amazon to make an over-the-ear design. My Bose is getting old, and my Beats need new cuffs. Amazon, please design the over-the-ear version. Thanks

I will unmask myself as the bastard who gave you your one and only thumbs down because you did not tell us we HAD TO turn off the Bluetooth on our Samsung cell phones in order for your method to work. I only found out by reading someone's comment after trying your method literally a dozen times while wanting to pull my hair out given your method was not (and would never have) worked unless you TURN OFF THE BLUETOOTH ON YOUR CELL PHONE WHILE YOU PAIR THE BUDS WITH YOUR COMPUTER!!
