On 01/25/2022,
Officer was dispatched in reference to a victim that was calling about a suspect who was supposedly making threats to her and her friend. Officers arrived on scene and met with the caller, who states and shows proof of the suspect texting her a picture of a gun and saying, "Tell that nigga (her guy friend) I'm going to k*** him when I see him."
During the investigation portion of the incident, the suspect calls the victim while the officer was still on scene. The officer tried to capture the phone call on his AXON but it was hard to hear exactly what he was telling her through out the phone call. All that was clear was him asking why her new man was threatening him and for her to come outside.
During the phone call the officer look up and sees a black male on the phone riding a green bike that was described by the caller. The individual enters into an apartment complex. (Chateau Terrace) on his bicycle, so the officer attempt to get out on scene with him to see exactly what was going on between him and her. The officer pulled up to him and put his blue lights on, initiating a stop based on probable cause and him being identified by the caller. The officer tried to get out of his vehicle to engage in conversation with him but by the time the officer had removed myself from the car, he was running from the officer on his bicycle.
Officer begin to chase him and he rides his bike down to a river and jumps off when he approaches a fence barricading the steep hill to the river. The suspect ran down the hill and had his escape attempt failed due to the running river blocking his path. The officer follow him from the top of the hill on pavement while officers were telling him to make his was back up to them. The suspect kept walking South bound stating that he was coming back up but refused to stop moving. At one point he became out of breath and began hugging on a tree to catch his breath and prevent himself from falling into the river.
Officers told him not to move so they were able to make their way down to him safely. Officers got down to the suspect and helped him up at which point he becomes detained for safety. The officers were able to make their way back to the top where He was read Miranda rights and questioned about the issue between him and the victim.
The suspect was arrested for Obstruction- Misdemeanor and placed under arrest with his hands behind his back and the cuffs double locked for wrist safety. He was transported to the Clarke-County Jail to be processed in.

The term baby daddy makes me cringe. Be careful who you mate with and have a child with. Those 10-20 minutes aren't worth a lifetime of h*ll

She said I'm not worried about him doing something to me,then she stated he tried to stab her...a lot of beautiful young ladies are no longer here because they didn't take threats seriously smh.
45 days for slashing her tires, threatening to unalive her, attempted to stab her, talking about a gun in front of the police, threatening anyone who talks to her!! This poor young lady! He can't get over her after 2 years! Nothing will change and he's going to end this lady's life! He needs 10 years, at least!!
He should be kept in prison simply to protect her!! But we all know how that is!!! 🙄🙄

Baby mama need to understand that when someone is threatening your life it's not a joking or laughing matter. Later for all the boyfriends she needs to focus on her child and start making some good decisions.
Why are so many comments talking about this woman and her looks? Yes fat people can be in relationships and anyone can get stalked. Anyone commenting about her looks is trash and I wish her nothing but happiness in her new relationship.

I don’t understand how that officer can say there was nothing wrong with what he was telling his baby momma on the phone! He was threatening her, her life, her boyfriends life…….isn’t that considered terroristic threats?
That cop was so two-faced!! He lets her confide in him and spill her fears then he turns around and talks shit on her with psycho dude and EVEN tells psycho where she's staying up in the hotel!! He leaked a few details to him that could be fatal! That cop is dangerous and i hope she sees how disturbing this went behind her back. I pray for her an
