Report:
On 05/15/2022,
Officers responded to a call about a battery in progress between two females.
When officers arrived, they spoke to the victim who stated that the suspect had dragged her by her hair to the ground in the kitchen. Officers spoke with the suspect and she stated that when she walked into the residence, the victim was sitting on the kitchen counter and she began to "talk s***" to the suspect. The suspect stated that she confronted her and said "what you wanna do" to the victim and they began to fight.
At first, the suspect stated that she grabbed the victim by the hair and they fell down on the ground. The suspect immediately changed her story and said that the victim jumped down off of the counter and that she did not drag her down. It is important to notice that the dispatcher relayed info that stated that the victim was holding a wad of her own hair that the suspect had pulled out.
The suspects's son stated that he audio recorded the entire conversation that the victim(his girlfriend) and the suspect (his mom). He was able to play that recording for me and it was determined that the victim did not make any comments toward the suspect that could be perceived as encouraging violence. The victim had a wad of her hair in her hand when the officer walked in and she had a large scratch on her arm from where she was dragged down.
This is not a family Violence relationship and the victim did want to press charges on the suspect. The suspect was placed under arrest (BB DL) and transported to jail.

The mom finally had enough & went out and got drunk and let her emotions take over. That girl didnt have to press charges but she just did it to rid of the mom. You can hear them all STARTING WITH THE HUSBAND asking the cop if they get a TPO will that keep the mom from coming back home and he said NO ITLL MEAN WHOEVER FILED THE TPO ON HER CANT COME TO THE HOUSE BCUZ THIS IS HER HOME! LOL I LOVED THAT part!!! And I loved when he said BTW just so you know SHE IS FILING A TPO so you wont be able to come over here (to the girlfriend! See, in Oklahoma, if you tell someone ONE time to get out of your home and they don’t immediately do so? You 10,000% have the legal right to remove them from your house. Period. Not “defending” the mom in this situation - just saying, in some states she would’ve been within her legal rights to do what she did after telling the girlfriend to get out.

At first, when the drunk "mom" was saying that the girlfriend was running her mouth, I thought she was probably having a heated exchange with the drunken mess, but when they played the audio recording of the girlfriend & the drunkard, I was pleasantly surprised by how the girlfriend was using a polite tone of voice and was being as respectful as she possibly could be considering the type of person she was talking to. That woman is going to wake up one day soon in the very near future and her son's will be gone from her life and that is all her own fault

She did not say she threw her on the ground. The officer having the hubris to say he recorded her saying that "not five minutes ago" is the EXACT reason officers wear body cams. She did not say she threw her on the ground, and she did not throw her on the ground. The cop thinking he heard that is call prejudicial bias, he is pre-judging the events and thinks his imagination knows what happened so he is not listening he is just imagining and trying to compel responses to his questions about his imaginings. THAT is why you never answer questions a police officer is asking. They arent legal minds. They arent for or against you. They are flawed humans who mis-hear and misperceieve of things.

I agree with you 100%. I aways try to see the big picture. There was a family (parents with children) for decades all living together in that house. They have all been through the good, the bad, and the ugly. I also heard the woman tell the cops that she recently gained a lot of weight. Bcuz in a wife, mother, grandmother and I'm getting up there in age, the first thing I thought of is maybe she's going through menopause 🥵🤢. It can do a lot to a person in many ways.
The gf swoops in and it does seem like she has been doing things to PURPOSEFULLY hurt the mom. Cooking food she can't eat on her bday, giving everyone in the house a gift except for the mom on Mother's Day, etc... She's really sneaky and rude. She knows what she's doing and she's trying to play innocent. The mother SHOULD have ignored that stuff. The gf was VERY disrespectful to tell the mother of the house that she isn't leaving just bcuz she told her to. She said the mom's name isn't on it, blah blah blah, none of her business how the couple had that set up! The gf and son did many things wrong as did the mother. However, the first one to turn things physical(no matter how much others are instigating it) is at fault. I always bit my tongue if my mother- in- law upset me. I also have an amazing relationship with my daughter- in- law bcuz she's very sweet and I will never be mean to her. Family is so important!! IMO, This gf should encourage her bf not to take sides with his parents and also to be kind to his mom on Mother's Day.

Her entire life is falling apart and she's trying to dig into her rightful place in that home. She's in the fight of and for her life. CRAZY that the girl somehow believed mom's name "wasn't on the lease". Who told her that because that was exactly what the dad said...that the house was in his name. My guess is he hadn't filed for divorce yet because he would've known he couldn't change the locks. Probably doesn't want to pay for an attorney so they''re all in on driving her out with as little loss as possible for Dad.

Usually children, regardless of their age, feel sad when their parents divorce.

My mother was a narcissist, and very cruel. She had a club in the kitchen she called "The Enforcer", and a sign that said "If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy". She meant it.
It's impossible to please someone who sees themselves as the center of the universe, and the victim in every narrative.
So many women are Narcissistic Mothers .. I grew up with and still deal with one … it is extremely toxic and exhausting and requires serious Boundaries

It was only after my mother passed away that I was able to begin the process of understanding and undoing the impact of her behaviour on me. That's turned out to be a process that will probably continue for the rest of my life. 🤷
Dude my mother was the same. She was diagnosed with NPD so she really was over the top with a lot of things. She would ruin our relationships (friendships and actual relationships) and then she would tell everyone that she was our best friend. She took us out of school to “homeschool” us and we were completely isolated inside our two bed apartment for up to three months at a time and then my dad her enabler would tell us how it was our fault we weren’t allowed to go outside or do anything other than stare at the walls all day.
My mother was very similar, she had a "inner circle" in the family and forced me and my siblings to compete to stay in the circle

The divorce, the Mom's drunkeness are issues she should comfort her boyfriend over but not address to the Mom. Her butting in could turn really quickly. After all that is still his Mom. The best thing to do is keep her mouth shut but emotionally support bf while the parents hash it out.

As a decades long functional alcoholic now 72h sober, these videos are a huge blessing; ill put up with whatever anxiety i need to to make sure i dont become like that woman.

Keep it up. God showed me the way out of similar issues. It's been years now that my life has completely changed. For the better 😊 it takes hard work, but call on God and He'll see you through anything. In the end it's worth all the hard work we go through to get clean and sober. God has changed me completely!!! They were prob tired of her toxic drunk behavior and knew it was coming. I was with an abusive boyfriend who got that way when he was drunk. I absolutely recorded him one evening when he was starting to get drunk and I knew what was coming (so he could hear himself when he was sober)
When you're dealing with a toxic abuser you know what's coming usually.

@@takingnames737I have two sons and we're very close. When they were young I wasn't the best mom. However, it was because of how I was raised. I had no good guidance and was taught everything bad. It took years of trial and error and lots of life's painful lessons for me to start seeing things in a better light. After their father passed away it was hard, to say the least. He was the BEST husband and father myself and they could ever have. They watched how daddy treated mommy. He treated me very well. Coming from an abusive home. I always believed God gave him to me because my raising was so awful lol. My young men today treat me just like dad did. They open doors for me, treat me respectfully and when we have disagreements? We try and work them out like adults. We're not perfect. But, we do show love and respect for one another. As a mother. When they have gf's. I'm gonna be pleasant and welcoming to them. Because that's what a mom who loves her kids should do. At least until she sees something that needs to be discussed. However, I wouldn't get angry with MY SON'S gf for NOT getting me a mother's Day gift. I'm not her mother or mother-in-law 😊 Also, I'm so happy that my boys were molded just like their father.
