Mung Dal - 1/4 Cup
TurDal - 1/4 Cup
Chana Dal - 1/4 Cup
Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 Tsp
Salt - To taste

Green Chili - 1
Curry Leaves(optional) - 5
Cumin Seeds/Jeera - 1 Tsp

Steps: Soak the main ingredients for 5Hrs - Grind - No Fermentation
Black Eyed Peas / Lobia - 1 Cup
Rice - 2 Tbsp
Green Chilli - 2
Cumin Seeds/Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Ginger - 1 small piece
Coriander Leaves/Cilantro (Optional)- a Handful
Salt - To taste
