@@preteekyadav9656 😂😂😂 I know it sounds awkward but they write the same in English. I have seen many videos that repeatedly mention 'My Indian boyfriend' which definitely doesn't mean she has got more BFs other than that Indian one.
Tried moong Dal idli today, i blend it and kept it overnight so i don't have to use eno next day, it came out perfect. Thank u for simple and to the point recipes
Instead of tea bags, add 1-2 small dry amla pieces. Tea leaves reduces nutritional value of chickpeas. Amla boosts nutritional value, color and taste as well.
The teabags and baking soda are used to change pH, which allows garbanzo to cook all the way through. Otherwise they’ll never fully cook. Not merely for color. Sure, Amla has vitamin C which will boost iron absorption, but it won’t solve the pH issue. So do both. The vitamin C should outcompete the polyphenols in the tea (which is what reduces iron absorption) ..
Really amazing video! No talking, wasting people's time, very hygienic, quantifying the ingredients, methodology easy, and the proof is in the very nutritious looking and mouth watering finished product!
Whether you’re on a weight-loss journey or building muscle, these recipes will help us achieve our goal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, you’ve covered it all! Such a great recipe. Can't wait to show it to my friends and family. I just want to share that I also use True Elements Protein Crunchy Minis as they are a clean label brand food which makes it trustworthy and is 100% pure and I use them as a protein bar after my gym workout. And trust me they are the best. Thank you for this video :)
Your vids are so professional, easy to follow and make me wanna try them out immediately. Tks you got me cooking again! Loving the high protein recipes. Would love more healthy compilations without deep frying. Tks! 🙏
Love this format. No bs, no excessive B roll, straight to the point. Question: i see you are using what looks to be a butane burner. I have a brand new one but it seems to even cook eggs, i have to rotate between 3 butane cans. Its Like they freeze up and even though there is fuel, the flame goes almost to simmer even if on high. Is there any tricks in using this type of burner? I like the heat output and portability of it.
Woo, nice recipes.. They are full of proteins. I will also start taking this in my daily routine but currently i am taking Natur amino powder of planet ayurveda.
Hi Hebbars, Celine here.Nice to know u.May I ask u a few questions? The cream which u use to cook Kaju Masala, is it thick coconut milk ? May I know where to buy curb in Singapore ?
Amazing, love your recipes. Can't wait to try them all out. U live cooking, but you thought me how to cook such simple but so delicious food. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Keep up the good work.
Lovely Archana mam just luv it's all fantastic recipes🤗From watching them I hv started making more tasty dishes. Thanks for such lovely dishes...... God bless you 😊🌹. Keep it up 🤗
These are all very nice recipe According to me this was one of the best recipe's I have been ever seen . Your recipe's are really interesting, healthy, and tasty .
Rather than boiling it separately frying chhole with the tomato gravy and later pressure cooking makes it much more tastier rajma and chana can be cooked in same way .Add roasted cumin and clove powder in the end to enhance the flavor. Also adding chopped coriander leaves while frying tomato gravy will make it yummy
No useless talking, straight to the recipe, clean and neat. Easy to understand.

Did you add curd to the batter ? And you added before the night or after the overnight fermentation ?

Only to bring that dark colour. Restaurants even soak the chickpeas overnight in tea water ..
@logical Thinker thank you for your valuable reply..
Plastic + Heat = Cancer
Use blackchana

What can be the vegan alternative of curd in the moong dal idli recipe?
Btw I absolutely adore u Hebbars kitchen 🌹
Yogurt is added for softness in the batter. I guess you could try small batch with plain almond milk yogurt.
Awesome always quick tasty yummy 😋 recipe dear 👍👍

Great tecipes always however I notice she has a tendency of waving the spoon in the air a couple times..its like waving a magic wand 😊
For moong idli: Can I use baking soda instead of eno? Or any other substitute available in Usa
ENO is an antacid used for acidity. I think you can skip it.
No... It makes them fluffy. You can use any fruit salt... That's the thing. Eno is the brand in India.
@@sushreeshashwata Thank you, I wanted to tell her that but didn't know any fruit salt would work or what brand they have in US.
@@Prophetess9738 yes.. Wiki says it's 60℅ baking soda and 40℅ citric acid. Maybe that is helpful. But i am sure skipping it wl change d texture.
