funny part is that chrysler now makes a 392 jeep wrangler rubicon but it’s way cheaper to do it this way. average cost for new 392 jeep is about $31k and a crate engine(for what i could find) is around $10k

Awesome job.Chris and Beck you made that 392 Hemi and trans swap look so easy it seemed more like you were just replacing a bad 392 with new crate engine... And seriously you both did a crazy bad butt job can't wait to see the next video with both of you Working on Beck's jeep

When working with at least one other person, the duo + can experience quite a few laugh moments; especially with parts and tools naming, (double understandings) - Assembly is another possible 😳 opportunity, (for those who understand automotive work and talk). Glad you both keep it funny, much appreciated. Thanks tons!

For those bolts you couldn't get loose there's an impact driver that's made to go on a pneumatic/air hammer. It has a handle to turn the bolt in either direction in conjugation with light to start impacts from the air hammer. Works quite well.

Back in the day that squish nut was called a squish nut. No, no, it was really called a "Nutsert."
While working on aircraft I learned to make "nut plates" that typlically have three holes usually in a line, but can be in a tryangle formation to place the nut plate in a corner. In my experience and observation, nutserts tend to be good one time. If the end of the bolt gets too dirty or rusts you must apply more torque than the squishy part of the nutsert as it can tighten/squish only so much. Then you must drill it out and the original hole of the nutsert can be damaged and unuseful especially on sheetmeatal.
Usually the center hole on the nut plate is drilled and tapped for whatever fastner you wish to use. The other two holes are for rivets, most times I use 1/8 inch pop rivets as they only hold the nut plate in place and there is no need for a socket or wrench. Personally, my limbs can flex and pronate only so many ways and I rarely have someone to hold a wrench on the other side where I cannot reach.
Most plates I make are from 1/4 inch steel, but can be made of aluminum and can be thicker depending on how much torque or whatever other detail you need to deal with. I made nut plates to fasten older Toyota mirrors to my truck by boring and tapping the bolt hole pattern on the nut plates and bored two 1/8 inch holes for rivets between the two bolt holes to keep the rivets out of sight.
The mirrors come with gaskets that seal not only the fastening bolts, but hide and seal the rivets also. Most times I smear a coat of body seam sealer on the nut plate to seal the matting surfaces and I put some in the rivet holes for good sealing. Silicone is kinda good for that, but I would rather use Pipe Dope over silicone when I have no body seam sealer.
Seam sealer and pipe dope can be clean up for a nice looking "seam" around the nut plate for a clean look that I will not be able to see from my house, but a real Marine will always know he left a good seal with a professional looking finish. Remenber to paint the nut plates to prevent rust. I typically use "rattle can" paint-primer to speed up my work.
I yield back the soap box...

There's the lift; but garage is minus a, "cherry picker"... . You're going to need it when the really bad snows hit & the forklift will cram the garage space... .
