Acer Aspire 1640

Here is my review of the Acer Aspire 1640 laptop. I originally installed Windows 10 on this system but ran into a lot of issues trying to update it past version 1709.
Instead I installed Windows XP to restore it back to the way it ran when it was a current model from Acer.
