🍕PARMA HAM WRAP WITH ORGANIC ROCKET & RICOTTA CHEESE: Wrap fresh ricotta cheese and arugula with parma ham.
🥗HOUSE-MADE MOZZARELLA WITH DALAT TOMATO CAPRESE: Chop up mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Spray pepper salt on the mozzarella. Assemble on a plate. Garnish with fresh basil and dried cherry tomatoes. Pour olive oil and a pinch of pepper on top.

🍕SALMON SASHIMI WITH ONION RICOTTA CHEESE SAUCE PIZZA: On a pizza base, add olive oil and shredded parmesan. Bake for 80 seconds at 420 to 440 celsius degrees. Add sashimi sauce and minced onion. Serve with salmon sashimi on each slice.
🍕CAMEMBERT AND HAM MUSHROOM SAUCE PIZZA: On a pizza base, add three-mushroom sauce, mozzarella cheese, square ham, parmesan powder and olive oil. Bake for 1 minute and 20 seconds at 420 to 440 celsius degrees.

Pizza 4P is legitimately good, up until recently there was very little good pizza in Vietnam. Last trip we tried out Pizza 4P and they were as good as any wood fire Pizza I've had anywhere. The banh mi pizza was sensational.

I was in Vietnam in 1967 and 68, as a member of the United States Air Force, stationed at Phu Cat. I was greatly impressed by the beauty of the country, and the people of Vietnam, if not for all the damn war, I imagined what this country could be like. I recall riding in a helicopter and looking at the landscape below me that look like the surface of the moon with all of the bomb craters, and I wondered to myself how these people can ever rebuild after all this. I really enjoy watching your show because I like seeing the background, and the people, and how much it has changed since I was there. I enjoy your show very much, Sonny, and hope it continues for a long time.

@@guy8646 I agree. It is insane. But it's a hell of a testimonial to the people of Vietnam, that they have been able to build their country back up to what is today.
When I was there, I was 20 years old and full of the propaganda of the day. I really believed that we were there for a good purpose. It's amazing how a half century of time will change how you feel.
My health precludes me from going back and seeing Vietnam today, but if I were able to, I would do it in a heartbeat. I'm grateful that there are shows like this that make it possible to see that country the way has become today. I have developed a great deal of respect for the Vietnamese people. I don't care anymore what form of government they live under. In so many ways they have proven the propaganda of my youth to be the lie that it was.

Living in Vietnam for 3 years few businesses consistently deliver high quality experiences and food like Pizza 4Ps. It even beats out most if not all of the expensive fine dining options in Saigon. I hope one day they expand to more countries.
His whole factory series was a great idea and was executed exceptionally.
I went to eat at one of the 4p restaurants in Da Nang, before the end of my trip in february: as an italian i was really satisfied with their pizza! Kudos!

I’m Vietnamese living abroad, we don’t like red sauce on our pizza usually.
Most of my Vietnamese friends in the US like crunchy crush and preferred the outside part of the pizza, not the toppings.
@@nguyenthiphuonganh no, the pizza was perfect as it arrived at the table. And we in italy sometimes add spicy olive oil over the pizza, but it's a personal taste.

When my child is old enough I'll be using these video's to educate her on food and production. I also really love how down to earth Sonny is and the fact that he can keep audiences entertained but well educated as well, it's also a helpful thing to have during these hard times and makes me feel like everything is not so claustrophobic. Content is great! Due to covid and travel restrictions, we are now learning about interesting food production in Vietnam! Never even knew cheese and chocolates, etc, were produced in Vietnam!

I loved this video. It was really cool to see them making the cheese inside of the factory, even crazier you have to wear 3 different layers of different rubber gloves to work with the cheese. If I ever went to this restaurant I'd be so excited to try their pizzas!

You can get lactase enzyme in a liquid or powder form, that way you can enjoy it without all the gas and what not. (Fyi lactase is the enzyme your body makes to break down the lactose in dairy)
