I like this guy cause instead of just showing you how to play a song he tries to teach you valuable skills which help you get better faster if you don't really know what you're doing. thanks for the videos!
Thanks Joe!! :)

+JustinGuitar Songs How Much Does It Take To Fully Learn An Electric Guitar.... And Could I Learn Electric Guitar Directly Or Do I Have To First Learn The Acoustic one???
May I answer your questions
You do not have to learn acoustic in order to be able to play E-Guitar. Some things are easier on acoustic and some things are easier on E-Guitar(it's easier for me to play chords on acoustic(the frets are wider, there is more space between the Strings) while everything else seems to be easier on E-Guitar(so far ;) )).
And I guess you will never be able to say you "fully learnt" E-Guitar, just like a language .. you may say you can speak it fluently but you can not say you have fully learnt it.
Ohhh okay thanks a lot 👍😊😊 TheDrummerBoy91
Everything I know I learned as an older man from Justin. Whatever I do well I owe to him. Now an intermediate I am going back through the beginner course to shore up the details and identify my weak spots.
Probably more important is the kindness and decency that is part of everything he does. That is an overarching lesson being taught by a great practitioner in all of his work. He makes me want to be better, not just as a player, but as a human.
Thanks for everything, Justin. Peace.
Kind words - :)
Cheers 😊

Tasty tune. I always remember what you said in another video. "Play it slow til you get it right or you will be playing fast crap." Too true. lol. Thanks for the lesson.
Same goes for martial arts 👍🏼 great tip thanks
Thanks Justin for teaching not just the song and notes itself, but combining it with making us understand anything behind the progressions and so on. Hope your family is fine! Take care mate.
This is the version I was looking for!
The bass part completed it all and also reminds me the way snow hey oh is played
I quite liked you singing the solo to be honest, sounded pretty cool
+WasaNic Where does he sing the solo?
Nice to see another Wu Tang fan trying to learn some RHCP
Wow, you're also a Nic with a Wu Tang profile picture??
Protect your neck
Truuu very nice singing 😀
Great lesson, Justin.
I'm going to play this song with some friends, and your tutorial let me save a lot of listening job to find the right sounds and groove.
Thank you very much!!
In the Am-Fmaj7 “pre chorus” part I’ve definitely heard John throw the add9 on the F in live shows.
I love that sound!
I love RHCP's and I really wanted to learn this song. My fingers are a little too short to be able to stretch across three frets, so it took a bit of practice but I got it now! Thank you this video! Even if you posted it 4 years ago!
Excellent teaching Justin. In passing you mentioned the key to John's entire funk style. The RHYTHM hand. You hear John, Flea and Chad sync incredibly well in the live shows. I actually thought I knew this song but has been playing it wrong forever. I would do a straight arpeggio for the prechorus and not skipping the string. Thanks for your lessons, always a pleasure to watch.
Hey Justin thanks so much, I got one year experience on acoustic, just bought today an electric guitar. You're the best teacher on RUclips. Cheers from Luxembourg
When you put Justin on .5 speed and he sounds absolutely hammered haha love it. Thanks for the lesson.
This really illustrates how valueable it can be to not only learn the solo but also the chords underneath. For me, much beauty of the solo comes especially from the interaction between the melody and this nice Dmaj7 chord. Just wouldn't feel the same if only regular D was played.
From sunny Amsterdam: Mr Justin i want to thank you for sharing all your knowledge in the guitar lessons you posted. I followed the lessons and
implemented your tips for beginning players. After a few weeks i was amazed by the progression i made. Hats off to you sir!
Many thanks and keep up the way you teach us, it works great!
Thank you Justin! Find myself revisiting your videos after many years. Really appreciate your style...
Thank you, man. I've been trying to study this only by the song itself - didn't work well. 15 minutes with you and it's done. Thank ya!

Thank you so much, you earned a sub, I arleady knew how to play the first part with the bass line but I was playing the 2nd bass line wrongly. I used to slide my ring finger to the fifth fret and then use my index on the 6th string 3rd fret. Thank you

You always were the best. Glad to have found you again my friend.
Excelente aula !!
M liking this it's really easy to catch your teaching 🙏👍 thank you
Thx for the lesson I blew everyone away at my friends party with this song
When it comes to using the thumb over the fretboard I saw an interview where John explains why he does it.
He says it gives him a lot of freedom to use his fingers with the bottom four strings when his thumb is taken care of the first two strings.
You are aweosome Justin! thanks a lot!
I keep listening to this!
Such a good player!
Love your videos mate! 🙂🎸
I still cant master that little riff in the middle of the main corous 😣
great, thank you so much for the lesson
Best Guitar Tutor in RUclips.
Hello Justin, this is a great song tutorial and I'm waiting for the solo tutorial too. I have a request for a lesson to avoid unwanted string noise during playing bendings, hammer on and all that kind of stuff. I' m allways struggeling when I play melody lines or trying to find out some melodies that are in my head or cover some melodic stuff then I'm not really able to avoid those unwanted string noise. Those string noise made some things sound really horrible. If you have some tips and could show us some techniques i would really appreciate that lesson. Keep the good work. And many thanks for all you did until now. You're the one from who i learned the most. Thank you for that.
Excellent lesson.
Thank you Justin for touching us how to care :)
