- Modifications on the 2000 Honda Civic EX continue! The D16 engine is built and broken in, and now I'm installing more parts to support higher boost levels. I also headed over to see my friends Brett and Dave at FenFabrication for a cool one-off catch-can and to bead roll my intercooler pipes. Check them out at: www.fenfabrication.com
All music is by my friend Will, aka "The Fox" on SoundCloud.

Other parts installed:
Innovate PSB-1 combination wideband AFR gauge and boost gauge
Xenocron 255lph fuel pump
Hondata 4 bar MAP sensor
I am using Neptune RTP software to tune the car.
I love this no nonsense build! Wish I’d found it earlier.
Thank you!
@fenfab does some great work !!
Truth
I've been taking a list on a few builds and from the D series form just watched from part too part 4 im tempted on basing my d16Y7 off this same build with a y8 head
Awesome! I’m loving the car with this setup. No regrets with any part of it.
Did you ever get the boost to hold at 20 psi?
I got it to peak and hold at 20 psi from 4500-6k RPM. Then it was challenging to keep it from tapering up to redline. I had it holding 17-18 psi at the top end for a while. Changes in temperature really affected my boost though, and I never did a great job with the IAT compensation in Neptune. After a while I ended up pulling the Mac valve out and just running on a 15 psi waste gate spring because the car is really fast enough for me like that. It tapers to 12 psi at the top end now. Cooler temps change things by 2-3 psi.
That msm tho!
It was a nice one!
What ecu are you running?
P28 with a Demon board running Neptune RTP.
