I've only turbo'd two d series and i did the whole AN fittings, let me tell you i love that oil return you have going back into your pan thats so much cooler to me than the fancy lines i got. Your exhaust was super cool too the way it angled and cleared the a/c comp. Cool look on it as well with the flange used and the dual piping going into one, i've had the T4 flange turbos with simple 4 bolt square flange on the exhaust side. Dope build

Use t bolts for the intercooler! You're gonna have boost leaks when the couplers come off.

did you tune it at all before taking it on the ride or is it just running 5 pounds on a stock ecu no tune? kinda confused on that but great job !
Hey, sorry if this was confusing… this car has been turbo for a while, already tuned on a P28 ECU with Neptune. I am just rebuilding the engine in this series so I can turn the boost up.

Nice setup man. My neighbor just helped me with mine but leaking oil between the block and head he forgot to put the dowel pins and have no throttle response but might be due to tps sensor not calibrated would that be the cause?
Thank you. Definitely a lot of things that can cause a throttle response issue when you’ve had the whole engine apart. A couple common ones would be ignition/cam timing, or it is possible to mix up the MAP and TPS connectors. It sounds like you have bigger problems with the lack of dowel pins though. I will say that once I thought my head gasket was leaking oil and it ended up being the VTEC solenoid gasket.
