Just got it and new batteries to that had a charge but not sure how much of a charge so I put them in and all turned red. Hs anyone ever seen it turn green besides from the quick flash when you first plug it in. It’s rather warm I’m assuming still charging ? Batteries also read 1.4v on a rated 1.2v rechargeable battery. Hmmmm

I charged my batteries 16 hours and then why never turned green. Does it take this long.

I myself haven't kept track of the time, but I have noticed it can take hours to charge batteries. It also seems to have a built in feature where it can detect if batteries are bad as the status light will illuminate red and blink until the battery is removed.
Hope this helps.
Its a very slow charger, so if you put in an empty high-capacity battery, in can take a while. That, or the charger is bad at determining when a battery is full and just keeps charging.
It takes FOREVER TO CHARGE!!!
200 ma charge will do that.
