I have the same charger. Actually I have several including a great Opus BTc 3100.
I also have a Powerowl 8 bay universal with slider battery charging grips. It charges at a slightly higher 250 ma instead of this circular model’s 200 ma.
Shame there is no storage mode.
Yes putting them into a little container is fine, but they will lose mah or each day.
I have to remember to charge them 12 -15 hours before I need them with high cap. AA NIMH cells. That way they are topped up when I need them.
