My wife and I started trying and - boom - pregnant within a month. We are both 31 years old. We live normal lifestyles in the U.S. and don’t abstain from “normal” food or activities. When me and my girl decided we wanted to try(2 years ago) I got her pregnant twice. Unfortunately we lost them. At the time I was 35 and she was 41. And it happened pretty early after we really started trying.
I mean this is hardly surprising considering how processed our food and water is these days, on top of all the chemicals and radiation we encounter both directly and indirectly affecting our bodies. Another major factor is the constant work and stress of our daily lives that causes fertility rates to drops for not only men but also women. As the newer generation we're no longer as keen on having children by a certain age, hence why now majority of couples that decide to have a child are mostly above 30 and this is where the rates for conceiving drop considerably. Give it another 10-15 years and the birth rates and more so the fertility rates will start to decline even more rapidly.
It’s crazy tho cause the reason why people are waiting to have kids is because it’s ridiculous to have kids when you know you can’t afford them, I think the new generation has absolutely realized that.
Plastic keeps breaking down into smaller pieces, micro plastic has been found in the human placenta, what if scientists looked for nanoplastic inside the cells? The nanoplastic leaching chemicals what effects on the Endocrine system?

As a man who was diagnosed with azoospermia almost two years ago now this was cool to watch, By the grace of god I was able to get my sperm count back AND my wife and I are going to have our first child ! I can’t wait to meet my little one. By the way I achieved it with only a 2.3million per ml count the most important thing is that they’re swimming straight (motility health) which mine was above 45% when my count came back we tried a week later, 3 weeks later found out she was pregnant 😇
@@host8623 For whomever is still interested, I had the exact same issue (azoospermia) as R.M Haych (congrats on the baby btw!). I talked to one of the top fertility doctors in the US, Dr. Robert Kiltz, and he said to go on a very strict keto diet. I'm serious, keto! My wife and I now have a daughter who's 2, so that would be my advice, but you need to do keto for 3 months minimum because that's how long it takes for sperm to develop start to finish. The sperm you ejaculated today started 90 days ago. Try it and see, also clomid and HCG might be of help as well.

“Oh, I have big nuts? I didn’t know….” Lol, he has probably been asking to do this video just to flex and get that shot where the doc said he has big nuts.
These studies are actually very hard to accurately understand. The fact is that we only started measuring fertility from 1970 and until now. The reality is that we humans are different from each other. The reproductional strategy from humans is very different than other apes. The chimpanzees/bonobos needs large testes because they mate a lot with everyone hence best sperm wins the race of reproduction. While guerillas are with small testes because basically only the alpha gets to have his fun. Humans are somewhere in between but we have a lot incommon with bonobos. Sexual activity has a lot to do with social interaction among our specie. The fact people have become obese, drink and smoke and accustomed to heat exposure might explain 99% of the drop.
Opiods are in a fertility enhancer in women. In my home city, there is one Dr who runs a methadone clinic at a loss to help drug addicts and pays for it by operating a seperate clinic for fertility where he charges enormous amounts of money and apparently is quite successful. He found the effect when he was confused why so many of his drug addict patients kept getting pregnant, despite them using relatively effective birth control methods. It's not just behaviour.

There's no balance here. Infertility increased in countries with small and aged populations. Countries with huge amounts of people are not as affected.
@@Player-re9mo They did say it was a world-wide phenomenon. And the US has the third-largest population in the world, and it certainly sounded like it was affecting the US. Luckily we've got a large enough global population that while this would absolutely be concerning to anyone individually affected, on a species-wide level, it's probably a good thing, overall.
@@KryssLaBryn it's not a good thing though. If a group of people goes extinct mankind loses from it's genetical diversity. Think about the Native Americans. Only a few still live today and most of them are mixed and live in poor conditions. I don't want such a catastrophe to repeat itself.
@@Player-re9mo I mean isn't "mixing" a good thing for genetic diversity? People of the same race/ethnicity are more closely related to each other, so it would make sense in this way of thinking to encourage people to have children with those of a difference race or other physical attributes. And the poor conditions of Native Americans aren't because they're not many of them or that they're "mixed" but because colonialism put them into that position.
It's how they got the "female" handmaid's tale. If you pay close attention, it wasn't even the women who were infertile in handmaid's tale necessarily, they didn't bother to test the men because the society was so patriarchal they wouldn't entertain the notion that the women weren't the problem. A lot of the commander's wives weren't barren, but their husbands couldn't get the job done. The fertility doctors knew what was up. In both the movie and the show it is revealed, somewhat subtly.
Would be funny to purchase like two cups worth of horse semen and fill their cup and then spill a bunch of the floor, then hand it to them. They would be in shock
I know this is two years old but I would love a team like this. The doctors to the lab. For two years I've dealt with crappy doctors and doing the same thing over and over again. A little humor goes a long way in a journey that is so difficult. People won't understand until they are going through fertility treatment. The daily injections, the vitamins, the months and months of trying different doses of different medicines, to get no where farther. The hope day in and day out that all the lifestyle changes, the exercising, the healthy food, the cutting out of things you have previously enjoyed, the mental anguish. Hopefully scientist can one day find out what's causing people to go through this suffering.

A lot of studies have shown that the major reason why Sperm count is dropping in the western world is a matter of many reasons. A lot of the reasons why we see a drop is also measured by who we test. Anyway currently all those sperm banks are saying it comes down to alcohol, smoking and heat exposure to your balls.
I have Sertoli cell syndrome which means I don’t have the cells that make sperm. Can someone please explain what the doctor meant when he said being taller than your male siblings means you were probably less exposed to testosterone when you were going through puberty? Why would being taller mean you are less exposed to testosterone?
Has something to do with how the hormone affects growth plates or something. Just read something recently that was about eunuchs in Europe and Asia who were castrated pre-puberty that were taller on average than their non-castrated peers.
The growth plates tend to close faster if exposed to a growth spurt early. Those who get their growth spurt later in life have more time to grow slowly before their growth spurt, so they usually end up taller. There is some correlation between high testosterone levels and early puberty.
This has been a problem for a while about time it's reaching the mainstream. Now is the time for people to be switching to whole organic foods and healthy lifestyle habits and fulfilling the best expression of human existence.
We will have a severe food shortage and crisis if we all eat organic. It uses too much precious resources of land and water to produce such small yields. The US simply needs to follow the EU regulations. The FDA does not have the consumer's best interests at heart.
@@MsBhappy Studies regarding whether organic farming uses more resources is inconclusive, and that is before you consider that an individual on an organic diet in theory would consume less food as it is more nutrient dense. However regardless the use of pesticides herbicides fungicides and rodenticides are poisoning what precious water we have left, not to mention entering human bodies. A sustainable approach has to be identified.
Organic food is too expensive for the average person in western society. That is the first reason why organic food is harder to put on the table than processed things. It all boils down to our good friend capitalism
It is. Because the water is full of hormone acting like chemicals that industries throw into the water and can't be filtered. Animals like frogs can change sex if everyone is of the same sex in the area. Water full of estrogens can activate this mechanism and so the male frogs become female.

@@Player-re9mo I mean isn't "mixing" a good thing for genetic diversity? ruclips.net/video/fUIZlboTQq4/видео.html

A lot of studies have shown that the major reason why Sperm count is dropping in the western world is a matter of many reasons.

Can someone please explain what the doctor meant when he said being taller than your male siblings means you were probably less exposed to testosterone when you were going through puberty? Why would being taller mean you are less exposed to testosterone?
I know exposure to high amounts of testosterone during puberty can stunt the growth of males, maybe it is the inverse of that.
@@rdizzy1 is that why im short and have a huge dong
