I have been doing Miranda's workouts since the beginning of my breast cancer journey in 1999, and I have to say that these workouts have kept me fit and trim (and back pain-free) since then. Thank you so much, Miranda, for everything you have done over the years!

Hello Miranda my Birthday Buddy!!! I am going to be 70 years young on Monday. I tell myself if Miranda can do it I can do it! Of course not like her with her beautiful fit body but the best I can for mine! I do her series every day and I have now been doing Classical Stretch ETC. for going on three years now and I keep thinking its going to get easier but NOT!! I guess that means that I keep improving my strength and pushing myself for improvement. I had attended a Vacation Workout Symposium in Playa Del Carmen in 2019 December and I loved it!!! I want to attend one in Jamaica someday when Covid is controlled. I have all of her Seasons on DVD and I am on Season 8 now even though I have all the latest ones and have been done them as I purchased them. I love the DVD’s because I don’t let my conscious dictate the choice of the Session!!! I just follow the sequence. A complete workout in +22 minutes makes it very simple to do everyday. Puts a spring in your step for the rest of the day.
Thank You Miranda for improving my Life!!! I want to participate in any of the “Vacation” Holidays anywhere!!!! Can’t wait!!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you. I have a recorded show from a long time ago that I have moved from my DVR to my computer. It was called the "fountain of youth". I've never been able to find another version. I workout to it during my golf season constantly. You are totally awesome. I'm a young "67", thanks to you. :-)
