Thank you for sharing such a personal experience Miranda. Even as a man who has never experienced the trauma of cancer I was moved by your openness and at the same time I winced when you described the emotional after affects and that process made you feel less of a woman - quite in contrast to the powerful woman I perceive you to be. We need more like you in this world. The best to you always!

I just ran across your show on PBS this morning, decided to look you up on utube and I found this one about cancer. I am 72 and had 3 cancer surgeries 12/17. I'm doing better but never considered the depression and emotional aspects. The exercises are something I can do and makes me feel better. Thank you for being there for me to find.

Someone told me about these videos..this is the first one I watched, as I just completed my breast cancer radiation treatment last week but incurred a skin infection. They did not mention any of the tips you suggested when going through it. I went through chemo, it was hard but I found radiation harder. Yep, havenr figured out how to dress yet plus my hair came back white and curly..when begore I was a medium brown brunette. Truly, the journey is life changing..rejoice with you on your being free of the disease. 🙆‍♀️

I'm 65 years old and feel as good and as vital as I ever did. I wish I'd known of you years ago. Now I tell everybody who will sit still

Wonderful and I have followed you since 2009 ! I am now 73 and feel great ! Thanks to you & healthy eating. One thing about depression is many people can not just "snap out of it". They may need therapy and medication and there is no shame in seeking help if you are depressed. It's a sign of STRENGTH!

I know award winning actress ANN JILLIAN had breast cancer way back in 1985, and so much of what you speak of she also shared back then. Ann Jillian had a bilateral mastectomy, i understand you had a lumpectomy, is that right? Ann had chemo back in 1985 and she is alive and well today at70..I know Ann and you were “two dancers” who beat breast cancer, you both are sure an inspiration to other women, and you have a lot in common. Keep up your great work!

Thank you Miranda. Surviver here. Now surgery can happen after chemo. Your experience was similar to mine in terms of the roping. Go’s bless you for creating this. Have you considered promoting this with the major cancer centers in the US? I received treatment at UPenn, they have a wonderful program and helped me to anticipate the post op needs, but your videos would have really helped.

God, I never knew you went through all that. You still look pretty good. I do your exercises and watch you every morning at 6am on channel 3 in Los Angeles. I am a body builder and can't keep up with you some times especially when spelling the alphabet with your feet and leg. I have watched you for decades. Seems like all your shows are in gorgeous resorts in Mexico. For a retired ballerina, you have gorgeous feet. I never could understand your last name. I think it's hyphenated with Esmonde. You look much better now after the surgery. Seems like you get younger every year. I am getting close to 70 but I look like a Superman. I got carded going into a movie theater last weekend. I love your humor and your passion in fitness. Keep up the outstanding work. I had a good workout here and I hope you did to. 🏋🏾🤸🏼‍♂️🚵🏻‍♀️🥇🌹🌹🌹

Hi, just wondering what meds you were on? I am taking exemestane and find I have a lot of pain from the it. This is the third med that I have been on and all have caused pain. How did you handle this if you were talking aromatase inhibitors. I try to stay active, and that does help, but is always a battle.
