    MY TAKEAWAY:
    If you
    -Walk 7000-10000 steps per day
-Do HIIT or cardio(dancing, running, swimming) for an hour 2-3 times weekly
-Do strength training (lifting weights, pilates) 2-3 times weekly
-Include protein, fiber and good fats in your diet and cut down on sugar and carbs
    -Get 7-9 hours of sleep
You can realistically see a difference in 2-3 months and lose about 10kgs in 6 months which is also exactly my goal so I'll make a plan now and hopefully stick to it and come back here in 6 months to see if anything's changed

Guys. I've lost 5 kgs in about 2.5 months. And what she's telling here is the truth!
You won't get anywhere if you keep the same diet and only add few more exercise every day. Trust me, I've failed so many times before. The key is consistency and not too put to much routine all at once on to yourself. What I did was going to the gym minimal 3 times a week, 1 hour every session. It doesn't have to always do cardio, more like lift weighting 3/4 of the time. Then cut my calorie intake (I only eat two big meals a day, but eat fruits at night); DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST!; take more vegetables, fruits, and protein but reduce your carbo; drink gallons of water (I'm not even kidding, this can help to keep me pooping every morning); and listen to your body more. It means.. when you feel like you are hungry, it's okay to eat more. But choose a healthier option. Like one night, I couldn't sleep because I was starving. But instead of eating cookies or any other carbo, I chose boiled egg and a piece of chicken.
Now I'm on my way to lose 7 more kilos. I'll keep you updated once I've reach it. Good luck, everyone!!

ok, I’ve lost 30 pounds in 3 months, and this is how. For starters, my diet was very low carb and minimal to no sugar (ate the same amount of calories). I exercised on an elliptical machine every day for 20 minutes(burns around 200 calories), and sometimes went on hour long walks in the evening. This definitely might not work for everyone, but it helped me lose a lot of weight very quickly. After a while you might find that your body has stopped losing fat and this is because your body gets used to the diet and has adapted to it like a lifestyle. If you don’t exercise as much you’ll stop losing weight at one point in your journey. This happened to me and all you need to do is exercise more. I’m not saying do more on top of the things I mentioned, but if you aren’t exercising at all then you’re going to have to start. Getting around 1 hour of exercise on top of a diet will ensure the weight loss beginning again. Again this won’t work for everyone since we have different bodys, but it’s worth a try!

Suddenly I gained 3kg and they don't wan to move. Even once I started exercising, my weight doe gondown by a bit but then come back up again the next day.
Even now when I wake up, the weight I lost isn't the same as like 2 months ago. I'd usually lose about 1kg overnight, now u lose barley anything, something like 0.2 or 0.3kg.

@@aishahteimahow tall are you if you dont mind me asking? because unless you are very short 700-1200cal is too little for the average person. when you eat this little, yes you will lose fat but you will also rapidly lose muscle mass, which is a huge part of your metabolism. basically: higher muscle mass = your body needs/burns more calories. seeing how you used to lose 1kg overnight you unfortunately may have damaged your metabolism badly, you likely have low muscle mass which = your body needs less calories, which is why you are not losing weight at such low calories.
what types of exercises do you do? i would suggest maybe shifting your goals. instead of restricting calories super low, focus on your macros. i would recommend trying to eat a lot of protein and try strength training/lifting weights! this will build your muscles back up and help you recover your metabolism. this may make you gain some weight back but that is a good thing. its a common misconception that gain weight = gaining fat/looking fatter, but this is not true if you are gaining muscle. more muscle will not make you look “fat” because it is so much denser than fat, unless you become extremely muscular (which is VERY hard to do).
this is a lot of information so let me know if you have any questions ☺️ and also i highly recommend you also do your own research!

@@七-p7z I'm 162 cm and this is my routine:
I start with a few exercises to get my body moving then go on the bicycle for 30 min and continue the rest 30min doing exercises like burpees and stuff like that.
I know that weight training is good but I'm not trying to build muscle that way. I've noticed that when I used weights, I was stuff and wasn't the same. So I'm staying out if weights. Do u think you have othe suggestions?
I notice that when I do eat more calories (even if it's just 200 or 300) I gain weight. I was 53kg 2 months ago. Ramadan came (about 1 month and a half) I fasted (stayed out of sweets and sugars) , I came out of it 55.5. Dunno how, but that's how it was. After, my weight went to 56 and stayed there. And I just keep gaining, like a week ago, I was 56.5kg. Now I'm 57.5. I don't know what going in 😭. I'm literally exercising everyday and not eating anything sugar or fast foods even. I've looked everywhere but everything's the same, stay out of junk food, be in a calories deficit (which clearly I'm already on) exercise, eat protein (I do, I prob get like 20-50g a day). Heh, tbh, all I want is just to get to 55 again, I wanted to go lower butbill be fine with only that.

you won’t bulk up straight away - it takes years to get loads of muscles. if you strength train minimally and don’t push your body too hard you won’t bulk up, you’ll just slightly build more muscle so it can take up more room than fat, meaning you look leaner overall. hope this helps :)

This explains so much, when I was in the psych ward I lost a lot of weight, I originally thought it was because I had less of an appetite because I struggle eating in places I’m not comfortable (also the food was very bland..). But now I’m releasing there’s more to it, I had to walk for 5min every couple hours, then I also got 8 hours of sleep due to the strict bedtime rules, then I didn’t overeat and ate small portions, BUT once or twice a week during visitation I’d go out to eat domino’s or something similar, I drank A LOT during my stay there because I don’t eat breakfast and the supervisors there would get a little pissy if you sat at the table doing nothing, that all paired with my weekly dancing class and having free time with nothing to do so I’d practice my dancing is almost exactly what this guide recommends! I was there for 3 months and lost 3 kilos while I was there. Seeing this video, I’ll try to recreate what I did before and improve it. I said I got 8 hours of sleep, but towards the end of my stay I was sleeping horribly because I was so uncomfortable there. Now that I’m at home, I’m in a much more comfortable environment so I think I can perfect this routine. (Also I can now choose my own food, keep the portion small and add protein but actually give it flavour!)

One thing. The changes come slowly, you will constantly question if this is even working. Which is why the crucial thing is ATTITUDE. You need to change your mindset, exercise for health and wellbeing, plan a longterm change, build habits, appreciate that you can move your body and that you can eat healthy. Plan breaks, where you come out of deficit and eat at your maintenance calories to repiar your metabolism and mental fatigue. Take rest days, regenerate. And remember, it's ok to slow down, but never give up.

When I first woke up refreshed and energized after a 9h sleep session I felt like I was on some kind of happy drug. Turns out I can feel this way every day and finally letting go of the anxiety, the food cravings and the sleep problems.
Like I don‘t have to jug caffeinated drinks or sugar 24/7 anymore, because the energy from my food and rest is enough to carry me around.
Don‘t listen to others, just sleep as long as you need to. Some will take a little longer than others, but life seems more enjoyable since I accomplished this knowledge.

It’s a lot, and the main thing I learnt was that if your head isn’t ready then your body also won’t be. There will be days where you are completely done and the best thing to do to keep your motivation up, is to accept it and be kind with yourself. If you beat yourself up then your mind will stay negative and most likely rather than a day it will become two, then three and before you know it you’ve messed up. If you accept it and say “right f*ck today, I’m gonna rest it out, let it pass by and tomorrow is a new day.”
You’ve got this 💪🏼 and prioritise mental health.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:25 *🏋️ Fitness misconceptions and fat loss*
    - HIIT workouts are not as effective for fat loss as commonly believed.
    - Exercise accounts for a small percentage of energy use, with the majority coming from resting metabolism.
    - Cardio alone without dietary changes often results in minimal fat loss.
01:46 *🍕 Exercise and diet balance*
    - Exercise can increase hunger, leading to potential overeating and negating calorie burn.
    - It's easier to create a calorie deficit through diet than solely relying on exercise.
    - Cardio should complement dietary changes, not serve as the primary method for fat loss.
03:09 *💧 Effects of starvation and metabolism*
    - Starving yourself can signal the body to conserve energy by storing fat and slowing metabolism.
    - Dehydration can sometimes be mistaken for hunger, so drinking water is important.
    - Severely restricting calories can lead to muscle breakdown, further slowing metabolism.
04:30 *🏋️‍♀️ Importance of muscle building*
    - Building muscles through strength training can increase resting metabolism.
    - Muscles burn more calories than fat, aiding in long-term fat loss.
    - Weightlifting helps preserve existing muscle mass during weight loss.
06:16 *🚶 Importance of daily movement*
    - Incorporating daily movement, like short walks, can significantly increase calorie expenditure.
    - Consistent moderate activity, such as walking, can contribute to fat loss over time.
    - Movement throughout the day is essential for overall health and weight management.
07:41 *😴 Impact of sleep on fat loss*
    - Inadequate sleep can hinder fat loss efforts by increasing stress and promoting fat retention.
    - Proper sleep is crucial for maintaining metabolic health and supporting weight loss.
    - Combining calorie deficit, high protein intake, strength training, and adequate sleep yields optimal fat loss results.

This is so true. That's perfect advice!! I've beeb following the exact same protein ,calorie deficit, and weight training. It's starting to show the toning. It's just my 2nd month..cant wait for more transformation. Also, preplanning for meals is awesome. It's a little hard for me since i get bored easily, but it works.

I'm bored so here is what I did to lose 7kg in 5 weeks If anybody wants to try it :)
    1. Eat plain yogurt everyday as an afternoon 'snack'. The probiotic in it can heal your gut.
    2. Walk atleast 8000 steps everyday, or any day that you can.
    3. Drink Red Tea after lunch to help you digest the food better, it aids with overall weightloss and the taste is similar to Green Tea but less strong which is good.
    4. Have dinner as late as 8pm, don't eat after that. If you feel hungry drink Chamomile Tea, it helps with digestion and makes you fall sleep faster
    5. Eat your carbs for the day in the morning like bread
    6. Lunch full of healthy protein and veggies
    7. Very light dinner, eggs are perfect at night to make you feel fuller so you don't snack, berries such as strawberries or cherries are the best fruit to eat at night if you crave something sweet.
    Hope this helps someone :)

What I did to lose weight (it was not really fast, around 9 kg in 10 months, but..). I mostly eat not because I'm hungry, but because the food I have in my house is tasty(I'm 17 and live with my mum, so I cant just say "hey dont you dare to cook delicious things while I'm on a diet"). So instead of torturing myself with starving, I eat, but every 3-4 bites I ask myself if I still want to it it and can I actually feel the taste, because sometimes we eat just because we have food in our hands. So it works for me: I don't gain weight and even lose it slowly, + I can eat whatever I want if I can control myself and stop when I should. Idk if it's good advice, but I just wanted to share my experience so it can help someone. But I'm not a doctor and I am not sure if it's healthy and can't cause any problems

Tip 1: The more enjoyable your workout is, the more likely you are to stick with it.
Tip 2: Eat the same volume of food you usually do, but slightly increase your good fats, fibers, and proteins while slightly reducing your carbs and sugar consumption.
Tip 3: If youre still hungry a few hours after eating a whole meal, drink water. Your body tried to trick you into thinking your mild dehydration is actually hunger.
Tip 4: DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF (ohhh I’ve been there 😞). When you do, your body stores more fat that usual, slows down your metabolism, and breaks down your muscles. LET ME REPEAT. DO NOT. STARVE. YOURSELF. (I’ve been to the ER.)
Tip 5: Build muscles by doing strength/resistance training and eat a little big more protein than usual. Building muscles involves straining your muscles then giving them time to repair. (btw if you want to become lean, eat lean meats and do multiple reps of lighter weights [ex. 3 sets of 50 reps of 5 kilos] i mean, thats how i did it.)
Tip 6: Outside of your exercising times, consistently keep your body moving for the whole day, everyday. If you have a job, you’ll be moving anyways and can skip most of these and just walk after work. If you’re jobless, do 15 minute walks 4 times a day.
Tip 7: Have a normal sleep schedule. Sleep deprivation can slow your metabolism by over 50%
    Goodluckkkk

Hello! I was so happy with the results of your research. I have been utilizing calorie deficit (1,500-1,800 cal/day), higher protein (25-30g protein per meal), and strength training (3x per week). I actually just started this week and have already lost 4 lbs! (I am 5' 9.5" and started at 235 lbs, now at 4lbs). Previously, I had been frustrated because I had tried other ways to lose weight and it just was not working for me. I still have a long way to go as my goal is to lose 70-100 lbs (my healthy weight range is 125 lbs - 175 lbs and I want to be within that weight range). Your video gave me motivation to continue with this approach and to push myself a little more! Thank you!

An important thing to include: if you are adding new fitness activities into your routine (e.g. a weight lifting newbie or new jogger) you will most likely gain temporary weight at the beginning. Do not freak out or feel like a failure. Its a combination of things like water weight, inflammation, lactic acid, even a blood volume increase. Just keep sticking to the plan and make sure you're being honest about your diet. The 4-6 week "whoosh effect" will happen where you suddenly drop like 5-10lbs. Its pretty crazy.

Just to set some expectations, the introduction of this video is actually from imingTV and following this plan will NOT give you that figure unless you are born with blessed genes (bone structure etc.)
I say this cause the intro is from a South Korean influencer who works out every day and does clean diet. The starting intro is when she's cleaning her diet up. She was also an air stewardess.
To get that kind of figure you need to either have the genes or have low fat percentage + toning exercises (lifting, pilates etc)
BUT you can lose fat and make you fit by folllowing this plan.

easiest hiit exercise (that's really fun once you get the hang of it) is jump rope. If you don't have a jump rope you can just jump in place or do jumping jacks.
I jump and lift weights, feeling better every day.
Today I completed my 6th week of working out 4 days a week with a simple structured plan.
    All it is:
    Workout 4 days a week
2 days upper body (choose 4 upper exercises)
2 days lower body (choose 4 lower exercises)
Do this and do not miss a day, I actually now am going to be adding a 5th day to my exercises plan because i've started enjoying it! And since i would do tuesday-friday, the three days that i didn't workout gave me too much opportunity to be lazy, and sometimes i did, but having a jump rope, doing hand stands, and dead hands are amazing for days that you're not at the gym.
    Good luck peeps

Around 7 months ago i was on my lowest and gain weight. I gain alot, i was basically overweight. My self confidence was low, every clothes that i wore feels tight and i developed anxiety because of how i look. I wasn’t happy with how i was back then. So i decided enough is enough, at first i do workouts but i was starving myself. Limiting myself to no carbs, little to no sugar and no eating after 8. When i do this, i feel exhausted, sleepy, weak to the point that when i do my exercises i almost passed out. So i decided to change it again, doing more research and found out about eating in calorie deficit! That change everything, basically i eat whatever i want but in the calorie that i intake. So i was doing my workout while eating in calorie deficit! Now i lost 12 kg, and it feels amazing to have my self confidence back again!
So guys no need to starve yourself, no need to do those harsh diet at all. All you need is a lot patience and determination. If i can do it, you also can!
