Granted in recent times, he’s been getting his roses but he’s not praised as people praise Drake or Kendrick in my view considering he’s had top charted albums, i think he had one where he went number one with no features. Granted in recent times, he’s been getting his roses but he’s not praised as people praise Drake or Kendrick in my view considering he’s had top charted albums, i think he had one where he went number one with no features. I think it was Forest hills drive correct me if i’m wrong. Thats a crazy feat (no pun intended). Plus he’s had grammy noms aswell despite the fact that he doesn’t drop as much compared to the average rapper today and he’s not in the limelight as much compared to Drake for good or bad publicity. Kendrick and cole are much similar in terms of how they operate as artists but Kendrick is seen as better imo. Considering all these factors, i’d say he’s quite underrated, i remember a time he was getting criticised as boring and would get flack for no reason. He really is the ‘middle child.’
