- We just got the keys to our 4 bedroom/2 bath house mobile home and we're checking it all out. Quick tour. We're looking at what we want to change right away. What do you think we won't settle with and had to change immediately?

You really need more than a 30 minute video to understand the process of home ownership and what's involved in being a mobile home in your specific community. Start by visiting the available mobile home sellers in your area. Then start your research on the types of loans available, what government agencies can help with education and financing and find out the cost of land in your area versus paying rent for a Mobile home park.
