Excellent video coach. It is very necessary to keep these criteria in mind, to detect the person before they tear you apart.❤

@@cristianmanuelfuentesmaure196 Thank you! Totally, the experience with narcissists cause many people to go thru a state called “cognitive dissonance” and feel extremely confused not knowing what to do or think even after they get away from narcissists and that can last for a long time. So the best scenario would be to detect the early signs before you get involved with them.

@@RockingSkaterGuitar You are very welcome! I am sorry to hear you went through that experience with a narcissist. The experience with narcissists can be very brutal. Especially the type “malignant narcissist” is the most abusive one although all the other types of narcissists are toxic too. I will make more videos on this topic soon, hopefully they help a bit in this process for you to feel better ❤️‍🩹🙏

Wow what a great explanation of what Narcissism actually is. That word has been going around a lot in the past few years, and it is thrown out there all the time. We all have narcissistic traits (myself included), but that doesn’t mean we are truly and clinically a narcissist. Humans have selfish tendencies in nature, and that’s normal. But a true clinical narcissist is exactly what you explained, and it’s important to be able to discern between the two. Thank you for making this video to help others, and I especially love the editing effect you used at 4:35 :) Very clever!

I am glad to hear that it is helpful. Seems like you noticed that the editing effect is there to refer to what I said in the sentence right before the effect :)

Great list of red flags. Having been involved in a relationship with a narcissist, I know how much damage they can do to the other party. No bueno.

I just saw you reply to one of your viewers in the comments mentioning cognitive dissonance that narcissists cause and how that leaves people very confused about what to think and feel. Could you please make a video about that soon? This video is so helpful! 🙏
