      @@cristianmanuelfuentesmaure196 Thank you! Totally, the experience with narcissists cause many people to go thru a state called “cognitive dissonance” and feel extremely confused not knowing what to do or think even after they get away from narcissists and that can last for a long time. So the best scenario would be to detect the early signs before you get involved with them.

    Wow what a great explanation of what Narcissism actually is. That word has been going around a lot in the past few years, and it is thrown out there all the time. We all have narcissistic traits (myself included), but that doesn’t mean we are truly and clinically a narcissist. Humans have selfish tendencies in nature, and that’s normal. But a true clinical narcissist is exactly what you explained, and it’s important to be able to discern between the two. Thank you for making this video to help others, and I especially love the editing effect you used at 4:35 :) Very clever!

    The fundamental reason of ‘constantly seeking’ is that as a human society in general, especially in mainstream society , we still are not taught what is our deepest source of energy? In my experience through being blissfully alone, and in deep meditation, the most important is- the orientation towards future based on progress and in that progress how much company of other matters is something that each of one should analyze.

      @@1717rajesh Instead of promoting a very busy lifestyle with back to back scheduled tasks to do or events to attend; people should be encouraged to take breaks for alone time to recharge and self-reflect. Such a truthful and realistic perspective. I think a lot of people need to be around others to get some sort of approval in order to verify their own self-worth. Self-love and worth needs to come from within, you need to love yourself before you search for love and approval from others. Which is why I have a whole photo album of just me and my true love, myself! Those were great memories I had with myself 😜 I’m joking but you speak wisdom and truth my dear, great video 😊

    Hello Bree! 👋🏼 Your videos and channel are very insightful, so thank you for the effort you put into it! 🙏🏼 I have a question that perhaps you can answer? Is it possible to over alkalize your body? Could you go too far? Presently, I make alkaline water from our well. So, if I add lemon too, would it be too much? Or as the saying goes “Too much of a good thing…” Hoping you can shed some light on the topic 🍋💧 Thank you in advance! 🙏🏼🤠

    • @BreeTime
      @BreeTime Месяц назад

      @@TioTexano You are very welcome, glad to hear that my videos are helpful 😊 It is not likely that you would over-alkalize your body just by adding lemon to your alkaline water. The stomach acid and kidneys neutralize and get rid of the excess alkaline or acid. However, if you keep consuming highly alkaline water which is over pH 9 in really excessive amounts, then over time it might bother the digestive system but it is very rare.
