    Trampoline keeps you childlike! I didn’t realize how important sunshine was my whole life growing up in there north. I used to get seasonal sadness from lack of sun. Great Video

    Cool video and great tips! I’d like to just add for anyone who’s interested in bouncing, you don’t need a big trampoline in your back yard. You can buy a small portable one and set it up anywhere to get the same benefits

      Very true, great tip! I actually did that too in the past; got a small trampoline that I put in the garage and then moved to the backyard. Worked very well.
