    Breath suspended chest upward, exhale slowly
    Calm mind
    Sit erect , after completion exhale, 4 sec inhale 8 sec exhale
    Prolonged exhalation
    First inhale fully
    Slowly breath out completely
    Exhale for 12 sec(4-5 rounds
    Anulom vilom
    Brahmrhi prayaman

    Hansa maa, main beginner hoon. One week se anulom vilom practice karna suru kiye hain. Lekin bohot sar dard ho raha hain. Isko kayse thik karoon???

    I'm only 14 year old and i have many problems in my health coz of old memories and also destroyed my mental health I'm almost die coz of depression and etc also i get thoghts of suicide and tried to do but i can't pls help me how to get rid of my old memories
