Such a truthful and realistic perspective. I think a lot of people need to be around others to get some sort of approval in order to verify their own self-worth. Self-love and worth needs to come from within, you need to love yourself before you search for love and approval from others. Which is why I have a whole photo album of just me and my true love, myself! Those were great memories I had with myself 😜 I’m joking but you speak wisdom and truth my dear, great video 😊
Whole photo album of just you and your memories with yourself 😆 Joke aside, healthy self-love is essential while having empathy and compassion for others.
The fundamental reason of ‘constantly seeking’ is that as a human society in general, especially in mainstream society , we still are not taught what is our deepest source of energy? In my experience through being blissfully alone, and in deep meditation, the most important is- the orientation towards future based on progress and in that progress how much company of other matters is something that each of one should analyze.
@@1717rajesh Instead of promoting a very busy lifestyle with back to back scheduled tasks to do or events to attend; people should be encouraged to take breaks for alone time to recharge and self-reflect. Also, mindfulness practices would be very helpful. If one first learns to spend quality time with their own company, the chances will be much higher to be able to spend quality time with others also.
Coach, I love time with myself because I know what good company I am.. I always use it to make music, sports, yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, and learn new things to cultivate all areas of my being.
I agree with all of this. Learning to be content alone is the first step to truly knowing who you are and what matters to you most.
Absolutely!
