Things in Thailand have come a long ways since the last time I was there. Many businesses here would love to have representatives at expo's like that to find suppliers who can sell them products for the North American market. When you mentioned the government project to assist the mountain people I thought about the Meo Tribes People I saw when I was last in Chiang Mei. The rural people was so nice and I proclaimed that if I had won the lottery here I wanted to help the rural people in that area. I learned so much from how they lived and how they survived on what nature provided for them.
You're amazing P'Pailin! I'm Thai too raised in Australia whom has zero Thai cooking skills! Haha.. Love learning how to make Thai dishes from your videos.. This food exhibition looks amazing :)

Great tour of THAIFEX 2017. I already watched the 2018 one. Don't make a big deal about cute models at the booths. All conventions do that, as you probably know. Cliche. I guess its a legit job. I don't mind being manipulated, haha. It must work because the booths with models get more visitors. I enjoyed this, especially the coconut with opener, and then seeing the 2018 resealable version of it. Keep up the great videos!
