I've been following Mark for a while. Love him! I've been learning to appreciate, at least intellectually, Thai food. I found you today, because a Thai client of mine brought me the most delicious soup, and I had to find out how to make it. It was tom kha gai, and while Mark had a recipe, I wanted to see variations. I think the video is well done, with a subtle easy laid back atmosphere. I do agree with an earlier comment where it does feel that Mark is a bit restrictive in his expressions. Ying is a natural at what she does. Loved the video and loved the recommendations. Thanks and keep them coming.
You both are a great team. I've seen Mark throughout the world eating food in a way that made me hungry and appreciation for all cultures. Pailin is unconditional. I find myself smiling when Pailin is giving a recipe on her site. So Mark makes me hungry every time and Pailin motivates me to make Thai food Thank you both.

I just spent the last six months in Thailand, notably Bangkok and Phuket but unfortunately had to return to England earlier this month. I've just found your channel and it's makes me miss it so much!! I can almost taste it, just watching it!
Thaifood is very good and tasty. I was traveling through thailand, I stopped at a street vendor for dinner at night around 10pm and the food was very good. I still remember the taste of the food. I will go to Thailand and try out more food there in the future.
