This is why I missed the 80s. Back then people dress to express their ideas/beliefs/music. We make our own clothes to express ourself. We shout out loud. Now it's all about labels.

Everyone had their ID at the ready--and you could tell when one of the cops was getting itchy--had to show where you lived (region), age (couldn't be with anyone too old or too young), your name, and what you "really" looked like. :)
