This particular model has the same indices, hours/mins hands and overall look of the Milgauss in terms of size and bracelet. Keep in mind that not all modern Milgauss had the green tinted sapphire Crystal.

Hi, thank you for the kind words! Yes all items bought at the transit area are tax free. That includes luxury watches to handbags. When you return to Singapore, it is obligated by law to declare items over a certain value. Whether you decide to follow that or not is up to you, cheers!
I bought my Rolex during Covid and the complete transaction including sizing was done at the shopping mall parking lot. White glove service though and two gifts with my purchase as well. Worth every penny! Enjoy your timepiece 👌🏼

That's quite a present from Mr Rolex! As Rolex increase production to just over 2 million watches a year, I have heard that they are moving more of the stock towards the eastern markets. I think this is why they had unallocated stock. The stock situation is still tight in Europe. Plus the Rolex ADs here are just rude, possibly even nasty? I hope the Bucherer purchase will change the AD experience? Probably not!

Good to see stock coming back. My local AD recently had a full yellow gold Submariner for sale on the window and I have also seen others such as full yellow gold Sky-Dweller and Oysterflex Sky-Dweller models for sale. Just two days ago I saw a DateJust with a mother of pearl dial for sale at an airport too.

These Rolex timepieces are very special. My late Dad had the Rolex Presidental Gold which was gifted to him in the mid 1960's which he then willed to me when he passed away a few years ago. He rarely wore it and wore Seiko watches everyday. I have it stored away in a Bank safety deposit box. I have always bought Seiko watches which I love.

Three questions please: 1) How much did this Rolex cost you in USD? 2) How much was your savings compared to buying it in the US? 3) Did you pay any taxes when you returned back at the US airport Customs Dept? I ask because most duty free merchants in the world report your "expensive" purchase to your country's Customs Dept (in this case USA Customs).

Beautiful model, I have this white dial with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. This version is even more versatile congrats! The white dial is so underrated, like black it goes with literally anything. Great choice! Although it seems they have watches available they won’t just sell to anyone.
All stickers are to be removed to ensure that the watch is NOT resold as a new watch. If you wanted to sell it, you could get a premium price for that one little mistake on the sale’s person’s part.
I don’t think you know laws. There are laws that don’t allow such activities. I don’t expect everybody to know the law … but people acting like it’s normal drives me crazy

About 7k USD. By law you have to declare goods of a certain value. Whether you do or do not is up to you 😊

Beautiful model, I have this white dial with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. This version is even more versatile congrats! The white dial is so underrated, like black it goes with literally anything. Great choice! Although it seems they have watches available they won’t just sell to anyone.

All stickers are to be removed to ensure that the watch is NOT resold as a new watch. If you wanted to sell it, you could get a premium price for that one little mistake on the sale’s person’s part.
