Never understand why you'd wear a fake when there are so many affordable watch brands with amazing heritage out there. No shame in not being able to afford a Rolex.

When you get to 1M just go get a used datejust 36 from a reputable dealer if you can get it with passive income. They’re about 6k I think for a 16234. I’m like you. The problem with Rolex is that it is too mainstream. It's like Ferrari or Lamborghini, something people with money (and very little taste or knowledge of that they buy) have just to show it off.
All of these people saying watches are a good investment as prices are falling. 😂

@@TristanPaineyes and the market is flooded with second hand Rolex. The only thing Rolex is better at is marketing. There are various other brands who offer the same, or in some regards better quality, for watches in the same price range(s). And the guy wearing that Tudor, Tudor is the sister brand of Rolex so if you want a Rolex but don’t want to wait, Tudor is closest you can get and can be had new for less than $5k. Same quality, different name, different marketing. Expand your horizons brother, there are tons of great watches that aren’t Rolex. And once you get up to $5k, the differences in quality and what you get for your money are minimal. It’s like splitting hairs.
I think you should reward yourself with a Tudor when you get 100k. If you go to a jewelry store and not the actual Tudor store, you can get a discount especially with cash. Omega and Grand Seiko are great too
Dont listen to the people that keep saying that the rolexs are a good investment DONT GET ME WRONG they are, but only if you get them at retail and they are not selling those to people that never bought anything from them before, if an AD is willing to sell you a watch then probably its one that doesn’t not resale for much of a profit
