How interesting! I did not know they were cost cutting on their higher end models too. No other watch channels have mentioned that JLC no longer uses German silver for the base plate. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Yep it's quite an apparent difference if you have seen the previous model. The colour/sheen of the metal gives it away. Still a great watch, just overpriced imo.

@@ahmedarnab954 right now secondary market for the 321 is pretty much retail price so definitely worth considering. But I am waiting on a Snoopy so wish me luck on that haha.

Black/Grey Gmt’s hype will be short-lived… if you want an understated Rolex GMT, Batman/Batgirl is much more appealing

pretty mid unbox experience tbh. I just bought my first ever watch and it was a Tag Heuer Formula 1 16 calibre. The unbox experience was breath-taking. Still a beautiful watch of course but i was expecting something more from somewhere as prestigious as Rolex
I agree. Rolex could definitely improve on the presentation as an overall experience. Pretty much every other brand's unboxing experience far exceeds that of Rolexs.

Just got this watch on the rubber strap and also picked up an oem mesh which is pretty great. Funny that you don’t like the bezel, the skeleton hands, or the bracelet, and you bought it anyway.
This watch goes really well with alot of straps! I liked it at first but eventually when my taste has matured and I developed more understanding of a watch, my feelings change towards some of the details of this watch. Apologies if I didn't convey that message well in the video. Still a great watch tho!
