I’ve got an osteophyte growing on my ankle & it’s driving me crazy not being able to do yoga without pain. This was lovely and tapped into both gentleness and strength. Thank you ❤
I've seen the video the day you posted it and just a few days later sprained my ankle haha. I am glad I recalled this video, it feels nice to move a bit :). This also motivated me to look for all your upper body routines for these following days, that I will combine with the exercises the doctor gave me for the ankle recovery. General observation on your videos: the sound is often quite low, making it hard to hear your comments sometimes :/

But might not be the case with all devices, therefore I will check the sound settings next time when editing a new video!

I attended a weekend training 'Yoga as therapy for back problems' and had a couple of modules during my yoga teacher training about it, unfortunately at the moment my knowledge feels slightly rusty to create a workshop about it. However, I might take some time to remind myself about it + update myself with the current research in the topic and then in the future might create a workshop, too 🙌🏾
You know your body best! As I always say - sit in a comfortable position whichever that is, legs straight, sitting on the pillow, on the block, on the chair 🙌🏾
Thanks for your comment, Nicole! If somebody has sprained a ligament, the literature now seems to support POLICE (i.e. protection, optimal loading, ice, compression, elevation). Remember, in the past it used to be RICE? Therefore, in most cases, if tolerable, we should welcome light loads on the ankle and foot, even though it is healing after a sprain.🙏🏽✨
