Back when Wild was relatively new, Evolve Token Shaman was a tier 1.5ish deck. You need to play it exactly the way Firebat does in the video, or else the deck will feel like shit. You make up for low rolls with value trades, smart token generation, and threatening lethal with cheap, efficient tokens via Bloodlust. Low rolls almost don’t matter if played properly.

I don't own vessina, i added hex to call bloodlust with frog, it works
but hex stops me from going face. bad card, 0/10.
(for real tho that seems like an issue w/ running hex in this kinda deck unless you’re already facing big taunts)
There’s also storm chaser, the 4 mana 3/4 that draws a 5 cost spell from your deck, it’s been working alright for me
this deck is so bad, I definitely am not exclusively playing it or anything.
Best counter to shaman I've found is actually rogue (at rank 10 at least). I got 17/5 this weekend

This deck got me from rank 20 to 2 in a few days, and I don’t play much. Minimal loses, and even then, only to other shamans (and one time a lucky double Huffer Hunter).

Hey Dan, you can probably still play it without. Put in a 4 cost spell, like Hex, to draw Bloodlust through Spirit of the Frog, giving you that third win condition at a slightly delayed point. Giggling Inventor should also be decent in place of Thunderhead, being less reactionary and more defensive, but better for evolves.
Replace vessina with raid leader (basically same role). For thunderhead just craft 1 and the other get hex as this guy suggest or 4mana 3/4 that draws bloodlust

Nah there's hex at 4 and that card is pretty solid all around. Also stops "our homes, our tombs"

So...It's 2016 all over again. Shamanstone is back.
With some quick calculations, in the next exapnsion priest will be broken again. Then in april the rotation will come and druid will have a busted deck archtype.

It's not the mana count. It's the turn they drew the card

@@cjaylamphere6963 these were pretty normal shaman games... It's easy to draw all your power cards with the frog cause it's such a powerful draw engine.

I have played control shaman up to rank 8 recently, which is big for me. I see these other decks trying desperately for this evolve shaman with the rabbits. I don’t know what they hope to accomplish with making me use 18 board clears, but I think it’s so cute how they think just copying and pasting a deck will win them a game instead of-I don’t know, making their own god damn deck?
You're not getting the point man. As evolve shaman, you get to relive human history. How did we get here? We all started out as rabbits until our brains began growing the size of that of a 4 mana 7/7. And now look at AI advancements, that we get to thank Antonidas for. Board clears are so prehistoric era, man. Get with the times.
