Am I the only one who wanted firebat to play deathgrip in the end. Its such a fun card and I dont think its BM. He didnt play in few other games too when he had enough mana.

Usually if I get tired of not enough playing for value I go watch Trump miss lethal for a while. Then I come back to Firebat and playing to win feels fresh again.

I was wondering that myself. The only thing I could think of was setting up for Hooked Reaver (I think that's what it's called), but I still would have healed face.
It was clearly intentional, Purple didn't have a peep about it and they never mentioned it. I have to think it is an extremely standard play, that they didn't even feel it worth discussing. I understand your confusion, I was like wtf at first, but then remembered this is even warlock with its hooked reavers, so I guess...
I agree with the three gents before me, it seemed intentional. Later in the video he seems confused that he could die at some point and _has to worry about his life total_ . He never expected life was an issue in this board focussed match up so: HookedReaver > Heal 4, in that case
