If the person discarded you over petty reasons or they make excuses for why they cheated or checked out then they don't deserve your time attention or validation much less your love. Just remind yourself how bad they treated you or how badly they betrayed you and eventually you will realize that its not meant to be and that it was fun while it lasted but now its time for newer better things.

This breakup 'broke' something in me... But it made me become strong and get self respect, and to recognise my self worth. I hope this works. She broke up with me back in the summer but continued to work at the same store as me so we were never apart and very hard to do no contact. She ended up blocking me a month ago to help me move on so I would't hear from her then last week she put in her notice she was leaving she asked to speak with me and told me that she still doesn't see a future but that she isn't over me yet but is seeing some guy who has his own place. I think getting a new girlfriend who's younger and prettier than ex/wife while separation / divorce will make ex/wife jealousy when she finds out, especially if you have kids with your ex/wife. Just be SURE to continue using the Indefinite No Contact. This way, the dumpee will get even with the dumper. The result will depend on who needs whom more. Usually the dumper will have more pressure by now.

My ex had put me in the friend zone and only seemed to come around for help with her bills... I confronted her with this and got the whole spill of her wanting to be just friends, needing space, and that she wanted to see other guys..... I couldn't accept that and have gone no contact day five.... very hard to do this!

Thanks Coach Lee, I now have her entire playbook. Don't worry though, I suffered for a few weeks before finding these videos. So the intended effect of no contact she hoped would happen, did happen. I do actually plan on asking her if we can try again now. That being said, I'm going to let it go for another few weeks. I appreciate that she put herself through something this difficult for the sake of what we had, and I want her to believe her victory was completely genuine for her own sake. She doesn't have to know that I took a fall.

Such great advice man. I like that you understand that we are really in love and give advice on how not to cause more damage and burn bridges. I have fully decided that I want her back and I’ve wanted to grow with her for so long before she broke it off. A lot of other advice out there involves causing the breaker pain. I would never want that. I love her too much.
This breakup 'broke' something in me... But it made me become strong and get self respect, and to recognise my self worth. Once I started doing that, something shifted energetically - and while I was organically enjoying my own company , my ex is noticing that. He's seeing me with new eyes and he's pursuing me again. not just him, there appears to be new men who are showing up inadvertently too. Lol

A lot of dating coaches advise ppl to make their ex jealous by posting their new dates then it backfires. My friend once posted a picture of a famous model to make her ex jealous and he blocked her lol
It's really great couching listing to. I have learnt to take it easy with my ex. I learnt how to keep him jealous by thinking that another is standing in the way.

I know from experience of being the dumper how right Coach Lee is about the mindset of the dumper. Yes, one of my exes went out that very night to a dance in search of someone else. Two of my friends told me they saw him there. One said he looked crushed. I know that I hurt him, and while I acknowledge my guilt in that, I also see that my foresight was good for both of us. Although now I'm on the end of being dumped and working through how to navigate.

My GF broke up with me back in March. I wish I had known about the No Contact Rule sooner and I believe my ex is also also Avoidant Personality.. I tried to talk to her in the first couple of months, to no avail... I know she is already seeing someone else, which I believe is a rebound situation... time will tell. I haven't had any contact for just over a month and don't plan on initiating contact... We were in a 3 year relationship and have known each other since we were 14. But only ran into each other periodically over the years.. She has blocked me on FB about 3 weeks ago which would have been about 2 weeks after we had last contact... Like the Coach said, it's not nice on the "rebound" person. But mainly because you bringing someone else in quickly only makes you come across as fickle.
I also don't play those love triangles. You either want to be with me, or you don't. None of this wishy-washiness. I will make up your mind for you and leave.
I'm not the jealous type either. Funnily, guys get upset that I don't get jealous. You would think guys would like not having to deal with that craziness. They think it means I don't care about them.

I hope this works. She broke up with me back in the summer but continued to work at the same store as me so we were never apart and very hard to do no contact. She ended up blocking me a month ago to help me move on so I would't hear from her then last week she put in her notice she was leaving she asked to speak with me and told me that she still doesn't see a future but that she isn't over me yet but is seeing some guy who has his own place. That jumpstarted me me into getting first apartment and focusing on myself and I move in on December 2nd, I hope she sees that and maybe makes her potentially see a future now that I am not living at home and anyone could come over.

If they come back, and you still want to pursue something with them then great. But you have to move on otherwise you're stuck in this pain forever and it's useless.

I disagree with Coach Lee. I think getting a new girlfriend who's younger and prettier than ex/wife while separation / divorce will make ex/wife jealousy when she finds out, especially if you have kids with your ex/wife. Just be SURE to continue using the Indefinite No Contact. This way, the dumpee will get even with the dumper. The result will depend on who needs whom more. Usually the dumper will have more pressure by now.
