You can't want revenge and not care at the same time. Just love and forgive them and walk away and move on. Don't be fake about it. If the person discarded you over petty reasons or they make excuses for why they cheated or checked out then they don't deserve your time attention or validation much less your love. Just remind yourself how bad they treated you or how badly they betrayed you and eventually you will realize that its not meant to be and that it was fun while it lasted but now its time for newer better things.

As hard as it is to do this, if you can ignore them, act like that don’t exist, it will eventually work wonders. Don’t stress about her moving on and forgetting you, she won’t. Scarcity creates value and mystery. When her rebound(s) fail, she will grow curious about you. You have to forget her though. Find a way to do this. I hope this works. She broke up with me back in the summer but continued to work at the same store as me so we were never apart and very hard to do no contact. She ended up blocking me a month ago to help me move on so I would't hear from her then last week she put in her notice she was leaving she asked to speak with me and told me that she still doesn't see a future but that she isn't over me yet but is seeing some guy who has his own place. That jumpstarted me me into getting first apartment and focusing on myself and I move in on December 2nd, I hope she sees that and maybe makes her potentially see a future now that I am not living at home and anyone could come over.

I think getting a new girlfriend who's younger and prettier than ex/wife while separation / divorce will make ex/wife jealousy when she finds out, especially if you have kids with your ex/wife. Just be SURE to continue using the Indefinite No Contact. This way, the dumpee will get even with the dumper. The result will depend on who needs whom more. Usually the dumper will have more pressure by now.

I've been doing this and am still in pain. I'm trying so hard to not think about her when I'm with my friends or family. I'll be week or more into no contact and she'll always call. We met up recently and told me that she still has feelings and the friend zone is taking affect ob her. When ever we talk or meet I don't treat her like a friend. I flirt be goofy and make her laugh. My ex had put me in the friend zone and only seemed to come around for help with her bills... I confronted her with this and got the whole spill of her wanting to be just friends, needing space, and that she wanted to see other guys..... I couldn't accept that and have gone no contact day five.... very hard to do this!

It doesn't matter if it's Immature or not. What matters is creating a nice and healthy relationship and making someone jealous is not the proper mindset for that.

As hard as it is to do this, if you can ignore them, act like that don’t exist, it will eventually work wonders. Don’t stress about her moving on and forgetting you, she won’t. Scarcity creates value and mystery. When her rebound(s) fail, she will grow curious about you. You have to forget her though. Find a way to do this. In a year, she’ll either chase you or you’ll have met someone better. It’s win/win.

Like the Coach said, it's not nice on the "rebound" person. But mainly because you bringing someone else in quickly only makes you come across as fickle.
I also don't play those love triangles. You either want to be with me, or you don't. None of this wishy-washiness. I will make up your mind for you and leave.

My ex use to work with me. Its been three years since we broke up. When we broke up she transferred to a different store. Now shes back at the store I work at. When I found out she's back at surprised the hell out of me.
Thanks Coach Lee, I now have her entire playbook. Don't worry though, I suffered for a few weeks before finding these videos. So the intended effect of no contact she hoped would happen, did happen. I do actually plan on asking her if we can try again now. That being said, I'm going to let it go for another few weeks. I appreciate that she put herself through something this difficult for the sake of what we had, and I want her to believe her victory was completely genuine for her own sake. Coach Lee you have helped me beyond words. I have literally been listening to your videos almost non stop for days. The thing is you unlike some others genuinely seem to care. I know from experience of being the dumper how right Coach Lee is about the mindset of the dumper. Yes, one of my exes went out that very night to a dance in search of someone else. Two of my friends told me they saw him there. One said he looked crushed. I know that I hurt him, and while I acknowledge my guilt in that, I also see that my foresight was good for both of us. Although now I'm on the end of being dumped and working through how to navigate.

I hope this works. She broke up with me back in the summer but continued to work at the same store as me so we were never apart and very hard to do no contact. She ended up blocking me a month ago to help me move on so I would't hear from her then last week she put in her notice she was leaving she asked to speak with me and told me that she still doesn't see a future but that she isn't over me yet but is seeing some guy who has his own place. That jumpstarted me me into getting first apartment and focusing on myself and I move in on December 2nd, I hope she sees that and maybe makes her potentially see a future now that I am not living at home and anyone could come over.

I made all these mistakes and now I'm blocked, I was strong at first with no contact and my ex is in the curious/concern stage, and after a month I called her on her birthday and begged and pleaded, we had a daughter and she is in the rebound and talking with different guys, we had a big fight prior to the break and our relationship is overall good, we live together for 2 years and we have 4 years together, even though I'm hurting right now, some part of me wants her because of my daughter but the disrespect and rejection made my heart froze.

I disagree with Coach Lee. I think getting a new girlfriend who's younger and prettier than ex/wife while separation / divorce will make ex/wife jealousy when she finds out, especially if you have kids with your ex/wife. Just be SURE to continue using the Indefinite No Contact. This way, the dumpee will get even with the dumper. The result will depend on who needs whom more. Usually the dumper will have more pressure by now.

Damn my ex left me because of her depression and she thought She was a burden to me and said that she was to broken and she also now blocked me on social Media. Been doing no contact for about a week and I didn’t even get to say a sorry text cause she just pushes me away. My GF broke up with me back in March. I wish I had known about the No Contact Rule sooner and I believe my ex is also also Avoidant Personality.. I tried to talk to her in the first couple of months, to no avail... I know she is already seeing someone else, which I believe is a rebound situation... time will tell. Coach Lee I have a question and tried to do coaching with you but there's no longer an option. I have the emergency break up kit.
