No contact is powerful because the circumstances surrounding my situation was complex. I thought it was hopeless. She reached out on day 46( when those chemicals that create the fear of loss reach their peak) asking for a meet up saying we need to talk. We met and she apologized about everything saying She made a terrible mistake she also said she has worked on her self and she’s asking for another chance to make the relationship better. I told her I’m open to it, but I want to take things one day at a time and she agreed. If you did have a decent relationship that they can look back and miss you, be rest assured that they will comeback. You just need to leave them alone for them to know your value in their life.
Coach Lee, despite the fact that she gave a reasonable reason to get back on the relationship, I still don’t want to give it all back at once, but she’s coming so quick expressing how much she missed me. She also called me after our meeting thanking me for giving us another chance. What do I do about this, being that I want to take things slow. I don’t want to be too reserved and seem like I’m ignoring her in a way. Any insight coach Lee? Thank you Coach Lee for all you do. You expanded my knowledge!
Thank you for your kind words. Don’t be too reserved, but still be a bit reserved. Give a bit each day but take your time. Have great experiences with her and let her feel progress but not that she gets it all back at once. Be playful with her often.

For all those broken hearts out there , stop counting days of no contact. It gets easier with time . Use no contact to get ur self back not ur ex . I did no contact for 18months . approximately 2 yrs ago my ex fiancé cheated on me and that broke me to pieces . She put me in a very dark place that I will never wish anyone to be in . If your ex didn’t value ur presence, make sure you give them ur 100% absence. Use that pain they caused you to ur advantage. My pain fueled me and motivated me to do better and bigger things in life . I’m a different person now 100% thanks to her ... keep ur head up people . I got my hair done yesterday and I feel like a new woman. My mindset has switched from “how could he do this to me” to “how dumb he must be to do this to himself.” Do the work, make the changes, take back your power. Your ex will notice eventually. They better hope you’re still interested in reconciliation by the time they wise up.

Going on to 4 months, ex broke up w/me. He has moved away a couple of weeks after, hes disconnected himself entirely from everything, that surrounded me. I know nothing of him and yet, I keep hoping he comes back, plus, I dont have social media, so he cant just look me up. It's been difficult, still hurts the same.

it's been 3 months of me using the no contact rule and my ex has already started dating somebody else. At first, my mindset was: "i need to do this no contact for me to have a better chance in getting us back together." but now, my mindset changed to: "i don't care now if he's gonna come back or not.." The no contact taught me that I can live without him even before our relationship, and I admire myself now for moving forward everyday without his presence and this, is how I found myself. I love myself more than anyone else and I wouldn't sacrifice this life for a stupid man. trust me, no contact works in getting yourself back up together. the bonus part is just getting your ex back if you want to.

I feel the same way, my ex wife starting dating her coworker right away as soon as I left. But feel much better doing me and want I want to do. I still have a long road ahead me since we still have to do the divorce stuff but we deserve better.

When my ex gf broke up with me I fought to win her back for 2 months and it just got more pathetic by the day.
I loved her more than life itself and all she did was string me along and confuse me with her misleading behavior.
I finally decided that I deserve better for myself and gave her an ultimatum because I was in pain.
She didn’t take me seriously so I walked away, 2 weeks later she sent all kinds of text messages from “I’m horny” to “why are you ignoring me “

this is exactly what happened to me basically. a week in now of nc. everytime i would try nc she would drag me out of it somehow then give me breadcrumbs and sex then back ignoring me hardly messaging me. how did it work out for you?
Man, I'm even more pathetic lol. This is our 4th month and I decided to stop and walk away today after seeing all these videos. Never saw how sad I looked from a 3rd party perspective. I want my self respect back and confidence. I don't know if she'll ever reach out again. She seems to have narcissistic traits. All in all I hope she is healthy and happy if this is really want she wants.

Thank you for your videos! It’s been 30 day no contact of a 6 year relationship. He wanted out so I respectfully gave him what he wanted I didn’t beg I walked away gracefully cause he wanted out. Each day I’m getting stronger & realize my worth & what I have to offer. I’m not perfect I have my faults but I’m a good person. I realized he not perfect either after we broke up I blamed myself for everything but God reminded he is not perfect so he had faults too. I pray everyone get through there break up it’s not easy but remember it’s there lost. Stay positive everyone when it seems impossible keep telling yourself this too shall pass 🥰

I disagree on the let's be friends advice. I told my ex if want to leave and end this romantic relationship, you lost the right to access of any kind to my life. I cut off all contact. At that point why tease myself with friendship when he broke up with me? Being friends keep you hanging, let's them off the hook with guilt, keep tabs on us. Cut it off, no contact. It feeds their ego. Don't do it.
yes, you are right, but... you do not want the ex to think that he can't contact you unless he wants to marry the dumped person straight... that puts impossible pressure. At the same time... if they want to play with you, treat the dumped as a dancing monkey, the coach recommended cutting out 100%, never looking back.
I feel the same. I know coach Lee means well when saying this...but I feel I didn't get to know her to be friends. If she did ask this I would probably in the most polite way or calm way say I'm not interested in being friends.
I've been through so much in my life, that I just want a relationship that works, without all of the b.s. If I have to play head games to keep someone in my life, it's a sign for me to move on.

When you get dumped, detach from them emotionally. Immediately look within and work on yourself. Build a better you. Be present in your daily life. Do things you enjoy, and if you haven't done so, study the Law of Attraction and the Law of Assumption. Both will empower you in ways that not even mental health counseling can. You'll build a stronger and healthier YOU that manifests all the things you want in life. In addition to videos by Coach Lee, I recommend videos by Robert Zink, Sammy Ingram and Kim Velez. You can go from devastated to either getting your ex back and being able to enjoy a different version of them, or you can move on happier and more secure.

But, in fairness, your criticism could be applied to just about anything that has a belief system, such as Christianity even. I think it’s bad for people doing no contact with the expectation of getting their ex back. I haven’t had the hope that he’ll reach out or anything or that it’ll fix anything. I’m just tired of him decreasing time spent with me and never compromising. He has seemed to not really care much anymore if I’m in his life at this point. So, I left him to be truly alone and see how it really is.
Please listen to Coach Lee. It is true that when you be showing how mad you are or beg, you are just feeding their ego and loose more power, once you back up, you gain more value and you can see how that hurts their ego and you even feel more confident. Because oneself loose a lot of confidence after someone breaks up with you and one way to get is back is by backing up and stop acting mad or begging. If we don't get them back, at least we get our value back.

Not to give you false hope, but everytime I've been used as a rebound the girl always came back eventually. Last time it took 3 months, but it happens. By that time I didn't really want her anymore though

Oh it's going to be a long time. 30 days is bullshit. It will probably take months bro for your ex to contact you again. So yeah don't wait and worry about her. Just find a new hobby and focus on yourself. That's the only thing you can do right now.
Even when it doesn't "work" it's always the best route for self-confidence and sense of worth. It ended up working for me and I married the girl that I went "no contact" with after 3 months. I even blocked her on Facebook and my phone - I didn't even do it to win her back. I did it to get over her faster and it worked anyway. Thing is - she was a horrible person and I never should have taken her back.

When someone gives you a run around and no answers and basically plays games and the argument goes on for 4 hours you're bound to eventually get pissed and say something not so nice. I did and don't regret it now because he wasn't a man and couldn't communicate. All he wanted to do was avoid it and run away so good riddons. In this case he didn't have the looks and showed me an ugly side when he left. I know I deserve better. Men who are 40 shouldn't be playing games......PERIOD! He needs to grow up.
Sounds like my husband. He is a coward. He would rather run away than deal with the problems. It was easier for him to run and hide rather than to learn and grow to be a better man. Good riddance indeed.
8 months.. Still feeling terrible man. I never loved someone so much as I still love her. After six years being togheter, after everything we've been through.. She didn't want to continue with me. I became a different person.. new job, own house.. but still so empty. I love her with my whole heart, always did. I don't contact her because I deeply respect her own freedom, it's the only thing I can do. Still hope she will come back. She ain't coming back but I am fine on my own, I never want someone else, I just can't anymore.

I just want to thank you for your videos. I’ve learned a lot from your advice in every video. I just recently got ghosted, and it was suddenly. I didn’t expect this at all, because it was actually the second time he’s done this to me. Fortunately, this time, my guard was up, by not letting my emotions control me. I’m ok this time. I’m not even broken with a bleeding heart this time either. I think I’ve gotten stronger, and I’m not going to allow him to hurt me ever again. That’s not going to be a third time. I don’t really want him back, but I still feel something for him, but my emotions are being controlled by me. I feel good that I feel and acting this way. I don’t want him to think that he can crumb me along. I’m just so angry that he got to used me again. I feel so stupid. Thanks so much for the great advice...

So finished listening to the video and I agree with you fully. I feel like these things happened to me, and I guess the thing I said about wishing her a happy birthday would give her control back. I begged and pleaded and was in an on and off relationship over and over and we tried being friends for 3 months and fought constantly until she didn’t want to talk to me anymore, and I feel like we are in no contact now at least, and I believe it isn’t too late, but I agree she needs to have this movement inside of her for things to work.

So true! Because of this advice, when he tested the waters to come back, I responded "I could possibly be open to considering us being friends again, but we'll just have to see." He totally did a 180% turnaround and slowly (and I made sure I kept my excitement in check) earned my trust again.
I went through this 3 times by a guy. He toyed with me like a cat and mouse. The last time he came back after not finding someone better. He was cruel when I was heartbroken. He even used pictures I took of him on our dates to post on a dating profile to snag another woman. It took me a year and half to realize I was truly beautiful and unique and not the type of woman that is easily let go . I finally moved on , found my self-worth and found a good man ! He btw is still single . Not so easy to replace a person who was decent and truly loved you .
Mines is currently using selfies they sent me that I told them I liked on the dating app we met on and posted a pic in the birthday outfit I brought them, then wrote a very passive aggressive bio I already know it’s an attempt to get me to reach out it’s day 31 and I no longer care or feel anything about the break the way I see it is if you’re okay dumping someone for such trivial reasons and don’t have the courage you had when dumping me then just keep on keeping on because I just don’t have the energy to care anymore

Not entirely sure if I'll get my ex back or more importantly if I will even want him back after all this as its early days but your videos are keeping me motivated and giving me the strength to heal and move forwards. I no longer feel like I'm at his mercy or like he has all the control any more. This happens with grown men also. I made the mistake , begging. Crying . He ripped my heart out. Cruelty. He came back , left, came back. He became more abusive. He knew every time he left I would take him back n I did. He actually said that at first to be friends n he would call sometimes. I said no that I wanted a relationship. I screwed up . I'm over 50 n I never had to deal with these things thru life. Never had experience. I was married 24 yrs , when that ended my self esteem was way down
