Does it matter? Mate - they admire you in a way. Go on and communicate the needs of both of you and see how it goes... Take it easy.
My best advice is keep ignoring her until she is begging. Until she will do what ever you want. I messed up to many times in no contact. I had her right where I wanted her. But I failed for 6 straight months of back and forth.
I know for me it wouldn't be the same. Of course I'm hurt and miss her and part of me wants her back but she betrayed me and I don't believe I'll fully ever forget that.
