How long did it take before the tables turned. Ive been in NC for about 21/2 months. We have children together and she staying at her moms. Shell text about money, kids, house etc and i reply with a short answer. Couple of days ago she texted me "let me know when youre going to work or at work so i can come to the house and feed the cats! Idk, that text really brought me down. I replied back" im at work, youre good!

The no contact rule does work.he broke up with me 3 months ago.recently he phones and asks to meet,eventually i agreed.when we met he told me he misses us and is considering his decision.i realised that i do not feel the same about him anymore.i am actually enjoying my life without him.
I noticed girls have a hard time in the initial stages of the break up while guys enjoy after breaking up with the girl. But few mos pass, they start missing the girl and girl is almost over and feeling more stronger and indifferent. I guess for guys, they don’t know what they have til it’s gone.

I can say from my own experience that 'No Contact' works. After 2 months of strict no contact, my ex contacted me, showing obvious signs of regret and remorse. We talked thoroughly, and now we're working on fixing what was wrong on the relationship. I know is hard not to contact, but it works. Trust me. The no contact rule works wonders. But the thing is.....you might realize youre not in love with him anymore... like in my case. I've realized i want a man that loves me and that wants me and not someone that doesn't know what he wants. You are worth so much more. And someone will see that and cherish that.

My situation gets tough because she wanted a break up, but then called two days later asking for a break instead and said she wants to be with me and only me, but that we need time for ourselves. NC has made things much easier once I decided to implement it, going into day 9 right now. I just don’t know what to expect, our anniversary is coming up on May 21. And I have no idea how emotional I’m going to be, or if things are made worse if I don’t contact or do contact idk
@@ivanjeffersons1125 everyon and every situation is different my friend... your’s sounds much simpler thn mine.. i would suggest u keep NC and don’t expect anything... its not ok for one person to put the relationship on the back burner and just put u on a “hold” while u r left confused... relationship requires work and effort from both ends its not something you can turn off or on as one pleases... one can’t be in and out... u either in or u out... thats me view... just stay low dont wish her happy anniversary or anything as she is the one who asked u for break you didn’t... just try focus on yourself and try not to expect.. i know its easier said thn done but try ok !!! I regret SO DAMN MUCH not going into 100% no contact from the second she dumped me. I should have had more faith in the process and in me being able to move on. She is the one who's losing the most. After 12 years, she doesn't deserve me or my daughters who loved her like a second mom. Her loss.
Just letting you know Joe I instantly went no contact when my fiance of 7 years dump my ass. She walked out the door and dumped me through text messages and I said "ok bye" It's been 55 days since The Break-Up and 55 days of no contact. I really highly doubt I will ever see her again I just feel it in my stomach. I came to the realization that no contact is to maintain your dignity, to get your power back, to learn more about ourselves, to recover our dignity. It is not to get an ex back... Once they tell you they are not longer in love with you...You gotta move on.
3 months of NC and the breakup, it has been tough but it's given me so much insight about what I've done wrong my entire dating life. Once I un learned everything I had picked up from romantic comedies etc. I can't believe the changes that have happened: I've dated/hooked up with a few women, upped my gym time, eliminated redundancies etc. I'm starting to transition away from NC videos...I had been binging them for months but now I think they've served their purpose..I'm a better person for the breakup (kinda want to give my Ex props for pointing some things that she didn't like and really didn't benefit me) Too bad for her that she has just helped me improve for the next woman I have in my life.
He's feeling nothing. He started dating and hasn't looked back. This just doesn't always work. But it's ok. Im so much better after seeing his toxicity and am really happy now.
@@porschecollector727 during what looked like a very tumultuous and toxic relationship and many breakups, they got married at the end of last year, because he will deploy to another country and this would allow her to move at some point with him on the navy's dime. What I have realized is he is very much in a broken feminine mindset, and needs constant validation. Not a very emotional healthy masculine man. They very recently, in the last week, "broke up" again, and I know all of this because every single time she splashes it across her social media in very obvious attempts to shame and reprimand him. I could never be like that, so it wouldn't have ever worked with us. Also I can't be someone's validation. I want a whole healthy person who loves themselves and KNOWS they want me too. I'm so happy and carefree and at peace now. I feel happy that it's not me going through such hell over a toxic man any longer.
I don’t know. It’s been almost 5 months and I’m over her. Coach Lee has helped me in so many ways and I watch the videos to give him a view, like, and a comment to help boost the videos. Now that I’m done with my ex I want to promote his videos for the next person, because there will always be someone who’s going to soon have a broken heart.

It's been 8 months and I went NC and watching these videos gave me hope and made me stay at ease. But, now I just lost hope and just I guess moving on. Nothing i can do about it, weather she felt these feelings I will never know, maybe she forgot about me and what she was thinking probably happy or who knows.

Together for 3.5 years. He broke up with me 3 weeks ago (lol Christmas day). I cried and begged him to change his mind for a week. And i have been NC for 2 weeks ever since. ella A the same exact thing happend to me. Also 3 1/2 yrs... Wrote her a letter, bought her flowers and left them at her door and went into no contact.... She reached out after 3 days, told me she missed and loved me & wanted to meet me. I was too enthusiastic and she just went back into the breakup.... Now I‘m in NC since a few days again & I can say, it does get easier, but will always leave me hurt.
The same happened to me. Just before Christmas she broke it off saying she didn’t love me anymore after four years. I think she was cheating but the evidence is circumstantial. I tried no contact once, lasted a week and then contacted her. It was good but then I ruined it with a plea of sorts. Now I’m back in no contact for the last four days. I’m going to do it this time and see what happens while concentrating on improving myself for me.
She ended it with me on my birthday! That really hurt and i don't think i will ever forget that. Things get better trust me, have faith in Jesus everything will be alright.
Tomorrow I’ll be exactly 7 weeks since I last tried to contact her. I couldn’t have imagine making it this far on day 3 or 4 but I feel better than I ever did. It was when covid precautions first became widespread and she hoped i was ok and being safe. I replied saying I hope she’s being safe too and haven’t heard from her since.

Perfect timing, Coach. 52 days no contact and pressing onward. I still miss him at moments and I’m sorting myself out still but am also getting fit and feeling better in the process. Was looking and feeling great today and unexpectedly saw him. We didn’t speak but he definitely saw me. It didn’t rattle me like it has before.

I too feel like i am in a rollercoaster. One moment I'm crying and wishing I would just drop dead and disappear, after that I am thinking of how disappointed I am of what he did and my pride is taking over. But it's been 20 years and he is all that i know, from 25 to 35 he was my life and all that i did and thought was about us and for us. It is so damn hard.....

Only cried twice, when I lost my cat and broke my hand due to anger (instead of blaming her because it was kind of her fault but anyway) and when she said that she doesnt want to put more effort in our relationship. I was living in France back then, we are Moroccans, I left her to go there to study and have a better job opportunity and therefore make more money for both of us. But I became too lazy and lost interest in studies when I went there and went through a lot of psychological issues during lockdown all by myself in a country which is not mine. She didnt unfollow me or unfriend me, her sister doesn't reply to me neither. Its been like 6 months for me. Id like to say i dont fully care anymore but part of me still does. It hurts that he hasnt reached out. I have grown so much in this period, im not even sure if we’d be compatible anymore because I have realized a lot of his past behavior was unacceptable and i put up with it cause i cared too much. I can admit it, I was needy due to her being very avoidant. She blocked me on everything except email and we’ve had he said/she said, aggressive correspondence until May. I started nc 45 day’s ago. I realize this is not a sprint, rather a marathon, so I’m not sitting around waiting for her. I’ve been doing a lot of self care and personal development. I hope we can reconcile, but regardless I will be fine. When she comes back, and she will. They always do. She will need to prove to me why I should take her back and how things will be different. I've used the no contact rule 3 times. Hes right. It definitely works. In all 3 cases I got them back then eventually dumped them. Guess what happened after. They chased me and pushed me further away. Use it!

Sometimes you have to realize when it is time to let go. Especially when you see that the character of your ex, is not up to par with yours. There is no way to fix stupid. Would you ever do the things to your ex that he did to you? If the answer is no, you should examine your motivation wanting someone like that back, and in the first place, for allowing someone to disrespect you in that manner. I learned the hard way and am in counseling. I have been totally heartbroken, but this realization hit me at the 6 month mark. Enough hurt is enough. It has been 6 months of NC here and not a word, except when I saw him and new GF at the lingerie dept. of a store. He did say hello. I was chill and said hello too and left the store a bit later. I know at 4am he thinks about what he did. Honestly today, I feel that if he did come back, there is REALLY too much water under the bridge. He does not DESERVE me. I am better than that and will never let anyone ever disrespect me again. It is his lost- I am a good, clean girl, make 6 figures, have home and all set up. I am kind, gentle, loving and beautiful inside. I was loyal and did everything he wanted and even put up with his Narcissistic behaviors for 7 years. He is on his own now and good luck replacing me. Tiny F one month later and i still feel shit. Tried everything. Meditating, manifesting, working out (lost 25 pounds) socializing, traveling, snus (tobacco in norway), producing music and tinder where i’ve mathed with some girls i’m currently talking to. Even after all that, i still feel horrible. Nothing is the same anymore... it have affected my grades so much and i feel stuck and hopeless...

Currently on day 2 of NC but it feels like day 20 or something. I’ve been improving myself and started going to the gym properly, focusing on my uni studies etc. I just want her to come back though and I’m always so close to contact her. The thought of her being with someone else kills me inside. I love these videos. She told me it was just the loss of our connection/feelings for me that caused her to break up with me.
I remember in my younger days when I first started to navigate the waters of dating, I thought I was being weak by just rolling over and accepting the break up. Cause at the time I thought the guys I had gone out with I thought they were testing me and seeing if I would fight for them. But it’s good to know from Coach Lee that by just doing nothing that I was doing something.
No contact worked, I got unblocked, she messaged me to tell me I am unblocked and it seemed like it happened right after I started to quit caring as much. the missing part makes so much more sense now, before i was so confused as to why when i was saying "hey i miss you" and they were so cold back but its because i was constantly there, there was nothing to miss. yes i felt like they were the dictator because so much was in their hands but this puts so much pressure on someone. in my mind i'd love to be chased but probably not to the extent i did, it would start getting boring because it was too easy. that's what was so fun about the chasing when first got together, the mystery behind it. thanks for being able to put it all into words. only wish i got here earlier and would've had better chances but you're right, focus on ourselves, put in the work to learn from those mistakes to better ourselves. stupidly i remember now, a thing an ex said was something they found attractive about me at first was the "mystery" so of course losing that, its no wonder they feel like this now.

What a rough thing to go through. No contact works, and she does reach out periodically, but I want to contact her the way I used to. Share things that I used to share w her…but I know she needs to miss me, and the only way is to disappear. I know what you mean. Its really really hard already to control your crazy emotions and hormones, and then you throw in this constant intense physical nausea and its almost impossible. I must say these videos help a bit but man the ups and downs are crazy. How hard is it on you?
It comes and goes. I don't feel physical nausea or anything of that kind. What I feel is more of an emotional pain, when I think of all she's already done with the people around her since the breakup, all that she's doing and could be doing right now and in the near and distant future. That makes me freak out a bit, and basically worry about what might happen. But I'm also optimistic, and I will give everything as much time as it needs.

How long did it take before the tables turned. Ive been in NC for about 21/2 months. We have children together and she staying at her moms. Shell text about money, kids, house etc and i reply with a short answer. Couple of days ago she texted me "let me know when youre going to work or at work so i can come to the house and feed the cats! Idk, that text really brought me down. I replied back" im at work, youre good!

I can say from my own experience that 'No Contact' works. After 2 months of strict no contact, my ex contacted me, showing obvious signs of regret and remorse. We talked thoroughly, and now we're working on fixing what was wrong on the relationship. I know is hard not to contact, but it works. These videos from Coach Lee really helped and encouraged me through that time. Don't lose hope.

Trust me. The no contact rule works wonders. But the thing is.....you might realize youre not in love with him anymore... like in my case. I've realized i want a man that loves me and that wants me and not someone that doesn't know what he wants. You are worth so much more. And someone will see that and cherish that.

@@ivanjeffersons1125 yeah he reached out after a month... sent me a birthday wish and sent me an insta request ... i wanted lil more effort so I didn’t accept that as i shud hv i guess but i was hurting and i wanted him to say something ... now we are done again... he pulled back again and i gave him an ultimatum but he didn’t respond to it or care about it...i cant do this anymore... it just hurts too much to keep holding onto that thought of him.... im solely focusing on moving on now.... i just can’t take it anymore... id recommend focus on moving on and not cling to that hope... he reached out yes but I couldn’t play the game of pull push anymore or weigh how much to give to the situation and not... it shouldn’t be this hard... we are all adults ... he is 41 im 31... we should have be able to speak our minds to eachother !!!

My situation gets tough because she wanted a break up, but then called two days later asking for a break instead and said she wants to be with me and only me, but that we need time for ourselves. NC has made things much easier once I decided to implement it, going into day 9 right now. I just don’t know what to expect, our anniversary is coming up on May 21. And I have no idea how emotional I’m going to be, or if things are made worse if I don’t contact or do contact idk

I came to the realization that no contact is to maintain your dignity, to get your power back, to learn more about ourselves, to recover our dignity. It is not to get an ex back... Once they tell you they are not longer in love with you...You gotta move on.
3 months of NC and the breakup, it has been tough but it's given me so much insight about what I've done wrong my entire dating life. Once I un learned everything I had picked up from romantic comedies etc. I can't believe the changes that have happened: I've dated/hooked up with a few women, upped my gym time, eliminated redundancies etc. I'm starting to transition away from NC videos...I had been binging them for months but now I think they've served their purpose..I'm a better person for the breakup (kinda want to give my Ex props for pointing some things that she didn't like and really didn't benefit me) Too bad for her that she has just helped me improve for the next woman I have in my life.

@@porschecollector727 during what looked like a very tumultuous and toxic relationship and many breakups, they got married at the end of last year, because he will deploy to another country and this would allow her to move at some point with him on the navy's dime. What I have realized is he is very much in a broken feminine mindset, and needs constant validation. Not a very emotional healthy masculine man. They very recently, in the last week, "broke up" again, and I know all of this because every single time she splashes it across her social media in very obvious attempts to shame and reprimand him. I could never be like that, so it wouldn't have ever worked with us. Also I can't be someone's validation. I want a whole healthy person who loves themselves and KNOWS they want me too.
I'm so happy and carefree and at peace now.
I feel happy that it's not me going through such hell over a toxic man any longer.

The same happened to me. Just before Christmas she broke it off saying she didn’t love me anymore after four years. I think she was cheating but the evidence is circumstantial. I tried no contact once, lasted a week and then contacted her. It was good but then I ruined it with a plea of sorts. Now I’m back in no contact for the last four days. I’m going to do it this time and see what happens while concentrating on improving myself for me.

It was when covid precautions first became widespread and she hoped i was ok and being safe. I replied saying I hope she’s being safe too and haven’t heard from her since.

Perfect timing, Coach. 52 days no contact and pressing onward. I still miss him at moments and I’m sorting myself out still but am also getting fit and feeling better in the process. Was looking and feeling great today and unexpectedly saw him. We didn’t speak but he definitely saw me. It didn’t rattle me like it has before.

Good to see a recent video about what dumper exes go through during No Contact, I really needed this... Almost 2 months of NC since our last conversation now and I still miss her, it often comes in waves at unexpected moments. I can feel pretty good one day, and utterly depressed the next when memories come floating to the surface. @@maxsmoviechannel my ex blocked me on everything she wasn't talking to anybody during this time it's been 8 days now and I'm wondering if I'm going to hear from her because the first time she told me not to contact her I talked to her and left a voicemail after 4 days and then we start hanging out again then this last time she told me that she's done and she will press charges if I try to call her and on top of that she sent me that mean text message 7 hours after she got off the phone with me asking me to come over her house on Wednesday

Only cried twice, when I lost my cat and broke my hand due to anger (instead of blaming her because it was kind of her fault but anyway) and when she said that she doesnt want to put more effort in our relationship. I was living in France back then, we are Moroccans, I left her to go there to study and have a better job opportunity and therefore make more money for both of us. But I became too lazy and lost interest in studies when I went there and went through a lot of psychological issues during lockdown all by myself in a country which is not mine. We spent a whole year without seeing each other, 3 months ago was when she decided to get over with it. I stopped her, begged her to wait until I come back, so we could meet and figure this out. I gave up everything there and came back, met her and then eventually broke up. It's been a week now, when I finally stopped stalking her and contacting her, after she changed her phone number and stopped replying to me in Facebook/Instagram. She didnt unfollow me or unfriend me, her sister doesn't reply to me neither. So I would really appreciate if you told me how you were doing, because I read your comment and I felt like you and I went through the same stuff

Its been like 6 months for me. Id like to say i dont fully care anymore but part of me still does. It hurts that he hasnt reached out. I have grown so much in this period, im not even sure if we’d be compatible anymore because I have realized a lot of his past behavior was unacceptable and i put up with it cause i cared too much. I can admit it, I was needy due to her being very avoidant. She blocked me on everything except email and we’ve had he said/she said, aggressive correspondence until May. I started nc 45 day’s ago. I realize this is not a sprint, rather a marathon, so I’m not sitting around waiting for her. I’ve been doing a lot of self care and personal development. I hope we can reconcile, but regardless I will be fine. When she comes back, and she will. They always do. She will need to prove to me why I should take her back and how things will be different. Stay strong everyone! If this just happened to you. I empathize. I know the pain and anxiety you are experiencing. I promise you it will get better, but only if you focus on yourself. Sometimes you have to realize when it is time to let go. Especially when you see that the character of your ex, is not up to par with yours. There is no way to fix stupid. Would you ever do the things to your ex that he did to you? If the answer is no, you should examine your motivation wanting someone like that back, and in the first place, for allowing someone to disrespect you in that manner. I learned the hard way and am in counseling. I have been totally heartbroken, but this realization hit me at the 6 month mark. Enough hurt is enough. It has been 6 months of NC here and not a word, except when I saw him and new GF at the lingerie dept. of a store. He did say hello. I was chill and said hello too and left the store a bit later. I know at 4am he thinks about what he did. Honestly today, I feel that if he did come back, there is REALLY too much water under the bridge. He does not DESERVE me. I am better than that and will never let anyone ever disrespect me again. It is his lost- I am a good, clean girl, make 6 figures, have home and all set up. I am kind, gentle, loving and beautiful inside. I was loyal and did everything he wanted and even put up with his Narcissistic behaviors for 7 years. He is on his own now and good luck replacing me. This is my situation and do want to say that Lee saved me from some very dark spaces caused by this breakup. I had hope and prayed, but it was not meant to be after 7 years... Tiny F one month later and i still feel shit. Tried everything. Meditating, manifesting, working out (lost 25 pounds) socializing, traveling, snus (tobacco in norway), producing music and tinder where i’ve mathed with some girls i’m currently talking to. Even after all that, i still feel horrible. Nothing is the same anymore... it have affected my grades so much and i feel stuck and hopeless...

I remember in my younger days when I first started to navigate the waters of dating, I thought I was being weak by just rolling over and accepting the break up. Cause at the time I thought the guys I had gone out with I thought they were testing me and seeing if I would fight for them. But it’s good to know from Coach Lee that by just doing nothing that I was doing something.

No contact worked, I got unblocked, she messaged me to tell me I am unblocked and it seemed like it happened right after I started to quit caring as much. Posting not often but good on social media helped also. Now she wants to keep rejecting me and waves me to keep chasing, just like you talk about in so many videos. It feels like a 3 month game of chess

the missing part makes so much more sense now, before i was so confused as to why when i was saying "hey i miss you" and they were so cold back but its because i was constantly there, there was nothing to miss. yes i felt like they were the dictator because so much was in their hands but this puts so much pressure on someone. in my mind i'd love to be chased but probably not to the extent i did, it would start getting boring because it was too easy. that's what was so fun about the chasing when first got together, the mystery behind it. thanks for being able to put it all into words. only wish i got here earlier and would've had better chances but you're right, focus on ourselves, put in the work to learn from those mistakes to better ourselves. stupidly i remember now, a thing an ex said was something they found attractive about me at first was the "mystery" so of course losing that, its no wonder they feel like this now.
We're in our 70's and we love each other but he wanted to take a break. He doesn't want to live with anyone he told me. We got along so well. We just started our separation. It is so hard but I'm going to get through this.

What a rough thing to go through. No contact works, and she does reach out periodically, but I want to contact her the way I used to. Share things that I used to share w her…but I know she needs to miss me, and the only way is to disappear. I’ll respond cordially to her texts when they come, but I will not under any circumstance reach out to her. Helps me move on, and it helps her think.

A week isn’t very long. Was it even a real breakup?
When it is a real breakup it can take longer than a month for them to even unblock you, and even then that doesn't necessarily mean much.
Strictly following N.C dramatically increases your odds, breaking it however decreases your chance and increases the amount of time you need to wait.

I know what you mean. Its really really hard already to control your crazy emotions and hormones, and then you throw in this constant intense physical nausea and its almost impossible. I must say these videos help a bit but man the ups and downs are crazy. How hard is it on you?
It comes and goes. I don't feel physical nausea or anything of that kind. What I feel is more of an emotional pain, when I think of all she's already done with the people around her since the breakup, all that she's doing and could be doing right now and in the near and distant future. That makes me freak out a bit, and basically worry about what might happen. But I'm also optimistic, and I will give everything as much time as it needs.
