He did reach out when I sent him a follow request then unsent it.... it was really weird because he pretended as if nothing happened... then the conversation didn't go anywhere and he started stalking my instagram, then after he looked at my story 12 times he blocked me @tankthearc9875. So yeah, don't know what's gonna happen at this point.

@@hellomybaby7486 mine definitely had a big ego he probably thinks I have to be the one to call or text which in and of itself is an issue. But we’re in February and I didn’t receive a single text. Not even a “hey how are you” . Nothing. While it really hurts I believe our dignity and self respect is more important. We should and will not reach out to someone who easily let us go. If they deserve us, they’ll find their way back. Stay strong and do a lot of self care. I was neglecting my self care and fell into depression , isolating myself at home. I realized that in this life nothing is really ours and we should never get attached to any human being as they will disappoint us. I pray more and got closer to god from this. Pray god gives you an amazing spouse.
We are in the same boat ! I wake up everyday depressed but as day goes by I feel better. It’s just not getting off my head, especially when she doesn’t care what is happening to me or miss me after leaving.

You couldn't have said it any better. My ex dumped me and came back. I accepted her, and then she dumped my ass again. Then she came back, and because I genuinely loved her, I accepted her back again. Then she dumped my ass again. And her reason each time was that I deserve someone better than her. She couldn't be anymore right! She is permanently banned from my life now.

Been almost 4 weeks nc for me. Last night was the hardest one yet. Part of me wants her back and part of me wishes I can just forget she exists. First day, of no contact is the hardest a lot of emotions, fifth day, you feel a lot wanting to contact questioning yourself, tenth day, you start to have some clarity bit of a breakthrough clouds are breaking, fifteenth day, analyzing the relationship but also the sun is starting to shine through a little, twentieth day, put your shades on so much sun in your view, and ten days after yeah you still think about it because you loved them so much but you realize how much of a better person you are without them. Everything is a process and during this time its like grieving just endure it and love yourself the way you want it reciprocated back. Karl Legson I’m still going to wait. I’ve been strong so far. And with Christmas coming up, and our anniversary in late January, I have some hope that she’ll contact me first. Thanks to your videos I’ve been in such a better place, my ex and I broke up about 7 months ago I went into no contact for the second time back at the end of August. She contacted me in October and I ignored her because I didn’t want her to think she could have me back that easily. Just last weekend I saw her at a funeral and paid no attention to her and my God I looked really good and felt really good and she was there with her current boyfriend, just last night she followed me on another social media account. @@tyetr9853 Don't want to discourage anyone but it's been over 5 months and my ex is happy with her rebound, still hurts that they are living together but the pain is a bit less now. I've learnt to live with it. Trying to move on still but somedays are still rough. Hopefully others have better luck than me.

I thought I could fix her by treating her incredibly well and being there for her emotionally, but I was completely wrong. You can't fix a partner, they have to want to fix themselves. Anyways, my ex basically told me I treated her too well and she didn't deserve it. She immediately got into a relationship with a sleazeball who is currently cheating on her (she knows he's cheating and she doesn't even care)... truth be told, I was probably monkey-branched, so I guess that's karma. Regardless, the whole thing is too crazy for me. I'm a good guy who would never cheat or hurt anyone, and I treated her like a queen. I know my value and I now realize I don't deserve drama like that. I don't know what the future holds, but I will never invest my heart into another damaged woman again.

Coach Lee there are coaches out there that I listened to some contradict themselves on what they say. I listen to you and you seem to have so much more knowledge then everyone else. I talked to you about a year ago when my break up first happened and I didn't really listen. Year later I see that I messed up and I lost her. My point to you is I believe in your words I just wish I'd listened a year ago. And I'm sure people listen to you they will understand what to do. Keep helping people because being dumped by someone you love sucks.

I have decided to diarise my no contact and with each passing day i write what i feel and i put on paper what i want to say to him without actually saying it to him. I get to express how and what i feel in that moment even if i write whole day. It helps me alot. After my first day of no cantact he reached out to me and told me he thinks of me everyday and he wants me to be safe when im travelling and i simply replied with a " thank you" so that he knows i acknowledge that he still cares and i left it there. But still applying my no contact rule... Thank you coach Lee you're really helping me cope through this very difficult time in my life. If you don't contact them they will reach out to you. It may be 3 or 4 months but they will call...Where I messed up at was ..I made myself available once he reached out to me...Dont be available all the time..don't ever call them..cause just like lee said..they will think they can come and go as they please..don't make yourself available the first time that they reach out.
No contact has been pure agony for me so far. With any other girl it would've faded after a couple of weeks, but I am only recently getting brief periods of... just relief from the pain but by comparison it feels better than orgasm. This is even with having lost 20 pounds, put on a bunch of muscle and started improving my financial situation. I moved to a new city recently where she is the only person I know..... So I have nobody to lean on. And it's difficult to feel good about my improvements because I can't show them to her right now...... All of this to say the only thing keeping me from cracking and breaking no contact is watching these videos. From my experience during this break up the more you accept that it’s over the better you will feel. I was with my ex 8 years and at times it was toxic we broke up 4 months ago and I was devastated I begged cried all of that. Big mistake!? "Relationship Recovery Service"... might sound (no offense) cheesy at first but in reality it is as critical to the human walk as medical doctors. I've known people kill themselves over a broken heart. If you follow his advise, it will most likely increase your odds of getting your ex back. At the same time, if you follow his advice (as I have) it also gets you to understand the dynamics of what you and your ex are going thru and you may come to a place of peace to move on. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I think his work is a good thing - IMO. Too bad I have to go thru a painful mind-numbing breakup to discover this stuff.

Great video! A week or two ago, I found myself pursuring this women who had became distant with me. I knew I shouldn't have been, but I had a moment of weakness and corrected myself. I had made an invitation with her to spend time with me. She said okay. A few days later, I told her it felt forced, and it's not the way I'd want it. I rather have her come to me when she knows for sure she was ready not when I'm trying to force things. I doubt I will ever hear from her again, but hey. Atleast she knows I respect her, and I have enough respect for myself to walk away and not take her bread crumbs.

I forced myself on my ex when he broke up with me. I wouldn’t let him leave me. I kept hugging him and pulling him towards me. I begged him to give us another chance, I told him I loved him and he’s been the best thing that has ever happened to me. Coach Lee I have been dating a guy for 6 months, it seems like we have a misunderstanding or some type of break down in communication once a week normally via text that causes him to go silent. The last one we had was on the phone he hung up on me. I texted him and told him that it was rude and we didn't work. He texted back agreeing and then a thinking emoji (I wasn't asking to breakup, more or less an observation). I didn't contact him for a couple of days and found he had blocked me. After about a week I went to his house we talked but he really didn't have much to say about me that was nice other than I am a good person. I apologize for my abruptness and any offense he texted back with "Forgiven" then I went into no contact. 30 years of UP's and downs, during this time he got sick and l stayed with him and prayed for him. One day he decided to move to another state, life turned turned him upside down. He got in trouble, ended up in jail for six months. He started to contact me and eventually got out of jail. He came back to me for four years(living together) but he really changed (drinking) and l put him out. This man is 70 years old and he dyes his hair to look younger, wears clothes that are for a younger person. Now he is with another woman, l am devastated. Its been 3 days of no contact and it has been rough. I'm trying not to break so I been watching your videos for encouragement. My ex-girlfriend is really jealous and kept assuming I had a thing for her friend which was totally false. So eventually her jealousy was just too much that she eventually dumped me for no reason other than the fact she was really insecure. I really love her, miss her and want her back badly. I keep thinking about her constantly and it is starting to effect my daily life. I feel if it wasn't for her past relationships were her exes actually cheated on her, she would not be so jealous. We are back together! But now he just wants to hang out with his friends and doesn’t plan anything with me. I feel like I've completely messed up! I begged, I pleaded. Every time we spoke I offload my pain and hurt, asking why he didn't care or why he didn't love me. I literally did all the "donts". We broke up 4.5 months ago, it was an awful time. We stayed in touch almost daily but the interactions werent nice. He wasnt nice a lot. Telling me he didnt love me. Leave him alone, but then would reach out asking me to game with him. Then another day blocking me, or telling me again he didn't miss me or love me. Unblock me and repeat the cycle. 3 weeks ago, he asked to "build" and i agreed, and i got WAY to ahead of myself, too excited. The first week went well. He was like a different person, he was affectionate and complimentary. However, it was still ME who arranged the times we met. I then pulled back on week two, and he never tried to see me. I got in my head and became overbearing over the course of 4 days. Asking why he wasn't trying, why he was avoiding me. I recognised i did wrong (bare in mind we broke up because i was begging him for him to spend time with me, affection) He moved in with his mum and for a week it was almost like it was from the excitement if a new home, regardless I apologised for being paranoid. I communicated that i was fearful of him pulling away or losing him, and I implemented change instantly. But now he says we are done forever. He said he isn't trying anymore. He doesn't think we are compatible anymore. He then starts the nastiness again after saying he was scared to lose me, and he valued what he lost. I said I'd come and speak to him instead so that it wasnt over text, and we could talk, and he started threatening me to never go to his house or he would escalate it. I get hes mad and wants me to leave him alone. But that scared me. Seeing him threaten me like that. In these months i have chased, there was a time he told me his mental health was so bad and i knew he had no one else and i called the gp for him and went to the appointments with him because i was so worried about him. I supported him and put aside my own hurting. I love him a lot and if we were ABLE to just communicate. We'd truly be fine. I just.. i worry now that hes truly done. He blocked me on eveything he has (he doesnt have social media) and one of the days i noticed he unblocked me on snapchat for an entire day and then blocked me again. I'm 29, and he's 38. We were together 11 years. He says he doesnt like this version of me. That he doesnt trust things will change. Im really confused how hes managed to put this entirely on to me. He said i dont make him happy or bring him peace because obviously the last few days of talking i was crying and hurting. He then said im ruininh his life and dont contact him. That was the last ive heard from him. He has been nasty with words before. But i dont understand how weve gone from "building" and him being so kind and sweet and everything we spoke on. To this, again. It's like we are back to when he first ended with me. I've not reached out in any way. Im on day 4 of not contact. 😢😢
It’s been almost 8 weeks after 8 1/2 years and engaged for a year, planning the wedding up to the last day. She dumped me on 1/1/22… she had been cheating on me for a month. We were living together and she kept contacting for apartment stuff. I did some fighting to keep her until mid-Feb. But now she’s with the affair partner and has only texted me happy birthday since NC started, I said thanks… still trying to understand even though it’s not something that I think will ever come. hello Coach Lee! I found your Videos just today and they are really giving me hope. The thing is , i only found videos about break ups... i think my BF and i are having a break but it certainly feels for my heart like a break up... He doesnt see a future with me anymore but said that he just wants time alone. We are having a long distance relationship (3h by car) and are together since 7 y. Coach Lee, I’m in a fall back situation. And I brought this to his attention. He said he was really busy with working on his own business. Which he said I inspired,since being a business owner. I was hurt when he pulled back. So, I really let him have it!! I texted him and he replied with a heart ❤️ on the iPhone. I told him I wasn’t going to text or anything. Then I got nothing. So, I pulled back also. Not running behind anyone!!! We met in July 2020 and the madness is taking place now. And I’m not texting him at this point.

Hi Coach Lee, my ex broke up with me last week, she told me she is tired, needed space but she still loves me. I guess my case is quite exceptional. She agreed to attend a theatre show I bought for her before the breakup, and during the day she breakup with me she said she will still attend the show with me. 2 weeks later of no contact, I have no choice to tell her I'm not ready to see her and have found a friend to go to that show with me, for me to continue no contact I have no choice to make this decision. Not even a “hey how are you” . Nothing. While it really hurts I believe our dignity and self respect is more important. We should and will not reach out to someone who easily let us go. If they deserve us, they’ll find their way back. Stay strong and do a lot of self care. I was neglecting my self care and fell into depression , isolating myself at home. I realized that in this life nothing is really ours and we should never get attached to any human being as they will disappoint us. I pray more and got closer to god from this. Pray god gives you an amazing spouse.

You couldn't have said it any better. My ex dumped me and came back. I accepted her, and then she dumped my ass again. Then she came back, and because I genuinely loved her, I accepted her back again. Then she dumped my ass again. And her reason each time was that I deserve someone better than her. She couldn't be anymore right! She is permanently banned from my life now.

What's crazy is when I first met this girl she was extremely attractive and a knockout under the sheets! I mean she was the best I've ever had and theres not going to be anybody that could top her! I basically knew I was in trouble when I was dating her because nothing last forever.

First day, of no contact is the hardest a lot of emotions, fifth day, you feel a lot wanting to contact questioning yourself, tenth day, you start to have some clarity bit of a breakthrough clouds are breaking, fifteenth day, analyzing the relationship but also the sun is starting to shine through a little, twentieth day, put your shades on so much sun in your view, and ten days after yeah you still think about it because you loved them so much but you realize how much of a better person you are without them.
Everything is a process and during this time its like grieving just endure it and love yourself the way you want it reciprocated back.

Thanks to your videos I’ve been in such a better place, my ex and I broke up about 7 months ago I went into no contact for the second time back at the end of August. She contacted me in October and I ignored her because I didn’t want her to think she could have me back that easily. Just last weekend I saw her at a funeral and paid no attention to her and my God I looked really good and felt really good and she was there with her current boyfriend, just last night she followed me on another social media account. @@JorDel_1111 It's been almost 3 months since my breakup as well. My ex was severely damaged because of her previous abusive relationship. I thought I could fix her by treating her incredibly well and being there for her emotionally, but I was completely wrong. You can't fix a partner, they have to want to fix themselves. Anyways, my ex basically told me I treated her too well and she didn't deserve it. She immediately got into a relationship with a sleazeball who is currently cheating on her (she knows he's cheating and she doesn't even care)... truth be told, I was probably monkey-branched, so I guess that's karma. Regardless, the whole thing is too crazy for me. I'm a good guy who would never cheat or hurt anyone, and I treated her like a queen. I know my value and I now realize I don't deserve drama like that. I don't know what the future holds, but I will never invest my heart into another damaged woman again.

Coach Lee there are coaches out there that I listened to some contradict themselves on what they say. I listen to you and you seem to have so much more knowledge then everyone else. I talked to you about a year ago when my break up first happened and I didn't really listen. Year later I see that I messed up and I lost her. My point to you is I believe in your words I just wish I'd listened a year ago. And I'm sure people listen to you they will understand what to do. Keep helping people because being dumped by someone you love sucks.

I have decided to diarise my no contact and with each passing day i write what i feel and i put on paper what i want to say to him without actually saying it to him. I get to express how and what i feel in that moment even if i write whole day. It helps me alot. After my first day of no cantact he reached out to me and told me he thinks of me everyday and he wants me to be safe when im travelling and i simply replied with a " thank you" so that he knows i acknowledge that he still cares and i left it there. But still applying my no contact rule... Thank you coach Lee you're really helping me cope through this very difficult time in my life. Most days it feels i am suffocating cos this pain in unbearable.. But i know things will get better for me ❤️

It may be 3 or 4 months but they will call...Where I messed up at was ..I made myself available once he reached out to me...Dont be available all the time..don't ever call them..cause just like lee said..they will think they can come and go as they please..don't make yourself available the first time that they reach out.

No contact has been pure agony for me so far. With any other girl it would've faded after a couple of weeks, but I am only recently getting brief periods of... just relief from the pain but by comparison it feels better than orgasm. This is even with having lost 20 pounds, put on a bunch of muscle and started improving my financial situation. I moved to a new city recently where she is the only person I know..... So I have nobody to lean on. And it's difficult to feel good about my improvements because I can't show them to her right now...... All of this to say the only thing keeping me from cracking and breaking no contact is watching these videos. If Coach Lee is good at nothing else, he is good at supporting those of us going through this.
From my experience during this break up the more you accept that it’s over the better you will feel. I was with my ex 8 years and at times it was toxic we broke up 4 months ago and I was devastated I begged cried all of that. Big mistake!? I wish I saw these videos and knew of no contact so I could have applied it right away. Eaither way it’s been allmost 4 months and I feel stronger everyday and the more time that goes by the more I realize maybe they weren’t right for me . Every. Single. Video helps me throughout this sucky time. It’s been two months since my ex bf broke up with me. I’ve been following what you say with no contact and working on myself. It also sucks because I have to see him every day at school, as he is in my chemistry class. I’m at the point were I have the rest of his stuff and I can’t stand to look at it and I almost dropped it off for him in one of his classes today with a note in there that he doesn’t deserve to get but I didn’t as today would’ve been our 10 months and I do not want to seem petty or break no contact. "Relationship Recovery Service"... might sound (no offense) cheesy at first but in reality it is as critical to the human walk as medical doctors. I've known people kill themselves over a broken heart. If you follow his advise, it will most likely increase your odds of getting your ex back. At the same time, if you follow his advice (as I have) it also gets you to understand the dynamics of what you and your ex are going thru and you may come to a place of peace to move on. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I think his work is a good thing - IMO. Too bad I have to go thru a painful mind-numbing breakup to discover this stuff.

Great video! A week or two ago, I found myself pursuring this women who had became distant with me. I knew I shouldn't have been, but I had a moment of weakness and corrected myself. I had made an invitation with her to spend time with me. She said okay. A few days later, I told her it felt forced, and it's not the way I'd want it. I rather have her come to me when she knows for sure she was ready not when I'm trying to force things. I doubt I will ever hear from her again, but hey. Atleast she knows I respect her, and I have enough respect for myself to walk away and not take her bread crumbs.
I broke no contact twice. First time after a week second time after 21 days. I was crying and desperate. Made myself look like a fool. Now it’s at 2 weeks no contact again. This is so hard.

I forced myself on my ex when he broke up with me. I wouldn’t let him leave me. I kept hugging him and pulling him towards me. I have been dating a guy for 6 months, it seems like we have a misunderstanding or some type of break down in communication once a week normally via text that causes him to go silent. The last one we had was on the phone he hung up on me. I texted him and told him that it was rude and we didn't work. He texted back agreeing and then a thinking emoji (I wasn't asking to breakup, more or less an observation). I didn't contact him for a couple of days and found he had blocked me. After about a week I went to his house we talked but he really didn't have much to say about me that was nice other than I am a good person. I told him that I will respect that he don't want to talk to me. After leaving a few hours later he texted me with the message unblocked. I apologize for my abruptness and any offense he texted back with "Forgiven" then I went into no contact. Other than the misunderstanding in communication we have had some good times together he says he enjoy the times we share together. Should I be in no contact at this time?

Its been 3 days of no contact and it has been rough. I'm trying not to break so I been watching your videos for encouragement. My ex-girlfriend is really jealous and kept assuming I had a thing for her friend which was totally false. So eventually her jealousy was just too much that she eventually dumped me for no reason other than the fact she was really insecure. I really love her, miss her and want her back badly. I keep thinking about her constantly and it is starting to effect my daily life. I feel if it wasn't for her past relationships were her exes actually cheated on her, she would not be so jealous. So hopefully no contact with her will help her heal and realize that I was loyal and faithful to her. I can only pray at this point.

We are back together! But now he just wants to hang out with his friends and doesn’t plan anything with me. I don’t want to be “controlling” and tell him he needs to make time for me because he does sometimes but it’s always on his time. It’s almost like I feel as though I have to keep myself open all the time(because I want to be ready to hang out if he wants to) just in case he says let’s hang out. We’ve been together for almost 2 years. We are getting back into the groove of things but we used to live together so he lives with his parents again. His best friend is always over there or calling to hang out with Him. I’ve been to his house for dinner and he has left with him to go hang out somewhere else and asks me to stay and just hang out with his mom (we are good friends but still) so I can sleep over. Weve gone to my cabin and the weekend is amazing but then when we get back to reality he’s the same. Not sure what to do.

I feel like I've completely messed up! I begged, I pleaded. Every time we spoke I offload my pain and hurt, asking why he didn't care or why he didn't love me. I literally did all the "donts". We broke up 4.5 months ago, it was an awful time. We stayed in touch almost daily but the interactions werent nice. He wasnt nice a lot. Telling me he didnt love me. Leave him alone, but then would reach out asking me to game with him. Then another day blocking me, or telling me again he didn't miss me or love me. Unblock me and repeat the cycle.
3 weeks ago, he asked to "build" and i agreed, and i got WAY to ahead of myself, too excited. The first week went well. He was like a different person, he was affectionate and complimentary. However, it was still ME who arranged the times we met. I then pulled back on week two, and he never tried to see me. I got in my head and became overbearing over the course of 4 days. Asking why he wasn't trying, why he was avoiding me. I recognised i did wrong (bare in mind we broke up because i was begging him for him to spend time with me, affection) He moved in with his mum and for a week it was almost like it was from the excitement if a new home, regardless I apologised for being paranoid. I communicated that i was fearful of him pulling away or losing him, and I implemented change instantly. But now he says we are done forever. He said he isn't trying anymore. He doesn't think we are compatible anymore. He then starts the nastiness again after saying he was scared to lose me, and he valued what he lost. I said I'd come and speak to him instead so that it wasnt over text, and we could talk, and he started threatening me to never go to his house or he would escalate it. I get hes mad and wants me to leave him alone. But that scared me. Seeing him threaten me like that.
In these months i have chased, there was a time he told me his mental health was so bad and i knew he had no one else and i called the gp for him and went to the appointments with him because i was so worried about him. I supported him and put aside my own hurting. I love him a lot and if we were ABLE to just communicate. We'd truly be fine. I just.. i worry now that hes truly done. He blocked me on eveything he has (he doesnt have social media) and one of the days i noticed he unblocked me on snapchat for an entire day and then blocked me again.
I'm 29, and he's 38. We were together 11 years. He says he doesnt like this version of me. That he doesnt trust things will change. Im really confused how hes managed to put this entirely on to me. He said i dont make him happy or bring him peace because obviously the last few days of talking i was crying and hurting. He then said im ruininh his life and dont contact him. That was the last ive heard from him. He has been nasty with words before. But i dont understand how weve gone from "building" and him being so kind and sweet and everything we spoke on. To this, again. It's like we are back to when he first ended with me. I've not reached out in any way. Im on day 4 of not contact. 😢😢

It’s been almost 8 weeks after 8 1/2 years and engaged for a year, planning the wedding up to the last day. She dumped me on 1/1/22… she had been cheating on me for a month.
We were living together and she kept contacting for apartment stuff. I did some fighting to keep her until mid-Feb.
But now she’s with the affair partner and has only texted me happy birthday since NC started, I said thanks… still trying to understand even though it’s not something that I think will ever come.
The videos you have made give me hope but it’s hope that something better will come out of this.

hello Coach Lee! I found your Videos just today and they are really giving me hope. The thing is , i only found videos about break ups... i think my BF and i are having a break but it certainly feels for my heart like a break up... He doesnt see a future with me anymore but said that he just wants time alone. We are having a long distance relationship (3h by car) and are together since 7 y. I have Borderline so i know i gave him lots of hard times ..he said he often feels not valued at all by me but often i never notice that i'm like that. it's often when i think everything is ok, that he then says that he's unhappy in the relationship... so now he took the step and wants distance and a break... i'm planning on doin it like you say and have no contact with him. The only fear i have is that he will like being alone and tell me in a few weeks that he prefers it that way. the thing is he hasnt said a thing about organizing ourselves to get my stuff from his place and vice versa. my fear is constant that when we talk again together that he will adress this .... so i'm worried if the break will cause the opposite of making him miss me...that he will actually like being alone and not hearing from me. Coach Lee, I’m in a fall back situation. And I brought this to his attention. He said he was really busy with working on his own business. Which he said I inspired,since being a business owner. I was hurt when he pulled back. So, I really let him have it!! I texted him and he replied with a heart ❤️ on the iPhone. I told him I wasn’t going to text or anything. Then I got nothing. So, I pulled back also. Not running behind anyone!!! We met in July 2020 and the madness is taking place now. And I’m not texting him at this point.

A week ago my bf said to me he wants "a break". This is his first serious relationship. I thought he was going to simply leave me. He has been having a little crush on a married woman, they work together. I found about it three weeks ago and was shocked. He says he doesn't know what is going on in his mind and that he loves me, doesn't want me out of his life. I still went NC after he said he wants a break. Am I doing the right thing? On 4th day he contacted me and asked how am I doing and said he thinks about me. I lied and said I'm doing just fine, concentrating on my studies and socializing. After that it has been quiet again. It's very hard to not know what he's thinking and what's going to happen. Our relationship was a peaceful one, we never tried to lock each other down and supported each other's goals and friendships.. I hope he will value me again like he used to.

Coach Lee. We broke up 10 days ago. Been in no contact ever since. I bowed out graciously and with class. I was my true authentic self. It was only 3 months. She told me she was falling for me and then came the pull back. She’s a widow of just over 4 years now. She kept me at arm’s length. I never met her friends or her family even tho she told me she loved me. She later said she’s not as attracted to me as she’d like to be because I’m “not what she’s used to.” She isn’t attracted to me because I’m bald. 😞Will she miss me? I sense she put walls up because she’s afraid to let go of her husband. I didn’t even get to see her bedroom or her kids rooms. I assure you I was patient and kind. I feel bamboozled. Hurt. Sad. Hi Coach Lee, my ex broke up with me last week, she told me she is tired, needed space but she still loves me. I guess my case is quite exceptional. She agreed to attend a theatre show I bought for her before the breakup, and during the day she breakup with me she said she will still attend the show with me. 2 weeks later of no contact, I have no choice to tell her I'm not ready to see her and have found a friend to go to that show with me, for me to continue no contact I have no choice to make this decision.
