I agree. If someone leaves you, not in the middle of an argument, angry, or something like that, then it means that person planned it, wanted it, wished for it, and did it. And if he/she did it, it means that he/she just doesn't love you anymore, for whatever the reason. If someone doesn't love you, then let him/her go and never talk to that person, ever again, just shut up forever. Not for some period of time. Forever. Don't talk, don't look, don't show up.. Vanish.
The best thing I realized that if you do no contact and do it not to get them back but, to move on and if they come back then great, if not that’s ok too. It really helped me forgive them and myself, accept the breakup and get back out there and have more fun in my life. I feel amazing. Be strong. Accept. Get yourself and your confidence back. Don’t obsess.

Success!!!! 36 days of No Contact and he just reached out. I mean ZERO contact. I don't even post on social media. I'm very busy so I just disappeared and quite naturally. He still tries to call and text, but it's only the ego that doesn't want to fully let go. I no longer answer because it only opens a door to repeating a cycle that I do not want to repeat. First day is not as hard as the 3rd to 4th days of NC. I really had to arrest myself not to text. I also decided since yesterday to quit checking her social media updates. Hard but doable

I think sometimes we dont necessarily miss our ex, we are just upset at how the break up happened. I was in a one year relationship with a girl and I ended up dropping the ball and the relationship ended. The guilt and shame of messing up is what eats me up inside. Not so much losing the person.

They do come back at some point, all my ex's tried to reach out, some brake up i had was terrible, sad, shame, i was suprised one of my ex who dumped me so bad and called me names, we met coincindentally, he was happy ,gave me huge smile hope i was going to say hi and hugged him, i passed him like have never met him before, right now as im doing no contact rule, two of my ex's contacted me, one found me in IG yesterday, remember with him, we had only two day time together, but i realised he had along way to go, i blocked him, changed my number, now he's begging wants to meet me and very sorry for his behaviour, another one ghosted me for a month, i blocked him for two months, i contacted him, hes been begging me for 7 months now, i agreed to meet him, but later cancelled, he has to learn from this, he's been crying ,begging, calling but have never picked his phone, simply because i want face to face meeting and talk, now two of my ex's are back, honestly im taking the two guys back, will start slowly without being needy or bombered them with text, the othrr HE-goat should go to hell and never come back...

Amazing how you touched on the dopamine and seratonin connection from a scientifically proven standpoint. I believe you are the first person I’ve heard mention the chemicals in the brain that make us feel these things and keep thinking about them. It explains all the feelings of loss and ‘withdrawal’ symptoms in NC just as if giving up a drug. Great video explanation that a lot of people do not realize. A lot of this experience is as you said ‘all in the mind’.

I really learned a lot from this video, great information. It's amazing to think how much the heart yearns to heal & the mind still hopes . There's no doubt each person thinks about each other in no contact, there will always be a connection or you wouldn't have invested so much into the relationship, especially when marriage plans were made. Yes, always follow your gut instinct, it will save you a lot of heartache, this I know from experience. 17 months of my time invested with promises of anything I could ever dream of but it was all BS. Gut kept warning me. I have my power back after 2 weeks of NC and I don’t want him back now because I see it for what it was, based on lies but I am not bitter, honest 😂. This is really helpful as I am obsessing over my ex. And my pastor and anyone else that wants to help me will say to not focus on the ex. But actual specific things to do are what I'm looking for and that one minute that's not thinking and trying to build it up. Thank you so much for that Coach Lee. How you deal with being dumped depends entirely on the circumstances around it. If you're able to just move on and focus on improving yourself, it wasn't that tough of a breakup. But if they duped you into trusting them and believing that they cared about you, only to leave you with no warning whatsoever for a guy they met the week before during what they knew was a critical time of your life, then only an inhuman monster could carry on and focus on themselves. And of course, if they left you FOR another guy, then they aren't thinking about you because they're too busy having fun with him.

Watched this video about 8 hours ago, get tired and watched something else “crime documentaries” just to distract myself from thinking about my “ex”. While watching the documentaries, my other phone notify me of a message from this so called “ex” who still calls me his baby .... I didn’t really know what to text back when he texted me some complimentary text and a couple of kisses and hearty hearty. He was greeting me a happy new year and asked me if how I am. I answered from being cold like “how are you?” And he answered me unconvincing answer. I even asked him if he is “lying or making things up again”... I think i killed it, i have no regrets. Btw, I did the “No Contacts” principles from you coach. It really works.
no contact means blocking your phone , social media , avoid places you might run into them ......most of the time if it goes over a month of two you find out you really weren't meant to be together anyway

My ex just left me saying with teary eyes that he really likes me but am not the one, that was just a week ago. He did this just before his business trip so he won’t need to see me for a week I think , as we work for a same company ( different departments) Thanks to Lee, I managed to implement no contact. After a decade of no contact I found out today that the answer is yes. No contact slowly cranked up the intensity of her feelings and made her curious. She’s even using the same playbook from when we first got together 20 years ago. Nothing will come of this but there is satisfaction in knowing that she’s been preoccupied even after getting married.

I agree. If someone leaves you, not in the middle of an argument, angry, or something like that, then it means that person planned it, wanted it, wished for it, and did it. And if he/she did it, it means that he/she just doesn't love you anymore, for whatever the reason.
If someone doesn't love you, then let him/her go and never talk to that person, ever again, just shut up forever. Not for some period of time. Forever. Don't talk, don't look, don't show up.. Vanish.

The best thing I realized that if you do no contact and do it not to get them back but, to move on and if they come back then great, if not that’s ok too. It really helped me forgive them and myself, accept the breakup and get back out there and have more fun in my life. I feel amazing. Be strong. Accept. Get yourself and your confidence back. Success!!!! 36 days of No Contact and he just reached out. I mean ZERO contact. I don't even post on social media. I'm very busy so I just disappeared and quite naturally. I just needed uninterrupted silence to rebalance and heal. We have been together for 6 years and we separated just recently, June 1st. He reached out to me this afternoon pouring his heart out. I think sometimes we dont necessarily miss our ex, we are just upset at how the break up happened. I was in a one year relationship with a girl and I ended up dropping the ball and the relationship ended. The guilt and shame of messing up is what eats me up inside. Not so much losing the person.

They do come back at some point, all my ex's tried to reach out, some brake up i had was terrible, sad, shame, i was suprised one of my ex who dumped me so bad and called me names, we met coincindentally, he was happy ,gave me huge smile hope i was going to say hi and hugged him, i passed him like have never met him before, right now as im doing no contact rule, two of my ex's contacted me, one found me in IG yesterday, remember with him, we had only two day time together, but i realised he had along way to go, i blocked him, changed my number, now he's begging wants to meet me and very sorry for his behaviour, another one ghosted me for a month, i blocked him for two months, i contacted him, hes been begging me for 7 months now, i agreed to meet him, but later cancelled, he has to learn from this, he's been crying ,begging, calling but have never picked his phone, simply because i want face to face meeting and talk, now two of my ex's are back, honestly im taking the two guys back, will start slowly without being needy or bombered them with text, the othrr HE-goat should go to hell and never come back...

Amazing how you touched on the dopamine and seratonin connection from a scientifically proven standpoint. I believe you are the first person I’ve heard mention the chemicals in the brain that make us feel these things and keep thinking about them. It explains all the feelings of loss and ‘withdrawal’ symptoms in NC just as if giving up a drug. Great video explanation that a lot of people do not realize. A lot of this experience is as you said ‘all in the mind’.

Let me tell you all my tragic story me and my x were together 6 wonderful years , one gorgeous day she told me, I love u but I have 2 let u go . I'm broken crying like an ugly baby calling her like crazy ,stocking her in Instagram and snapchat she told me to leave her alone , I begged and pleaded NOTHING worked then she found a new tall gorgeous boyfriend and I was dying inside. Yes, always follow your gut instinct, it will save you a lot of heartache, this I know from experience. 17 months of my time invested with promises of anything I could ever dream of but it was all BS. Gut kept warning me. I have my power back after 2 weeks of NC and I don’t want him back now because I see it for what it was, based on lies but I am not bitter, honest 😂. Coach Lee is the best....PERIOD!!! Just the sound of his voice and reassurance with the correct key steps has made this break up so much easier on me 3 weeks later. I listen to them over and over, Im just starting no contact 3 weeks late due to us living together until last night and me begging for awhile. Luckly i know why her attraction faded in me, I was very confident when i saw her last night, caught her checking me out and wouldn't look me in the eyes. I put 12 pounds of muscle on, I wasn't the same insecure/needy guy she dumped after 3 years together and i owe it to your knowledge and courses. The only thing i still don't understand is that she never pulled away? Still passionate sex life, told me night before how much she loved me and even kissed me an hour before she did it? It's not another guy and I didn't break a cardinal sin so still confused on if she really wants this or if its some kinda test?
How you deal with being dumped depends entirely on the circumstances around it. If you're able to just move on and focus on improving yourself, it wasn't that tough of a breakup.
But if they duped you into trusting them and believing that they cared about you, only to leave you with no warning whatsoever for a guy they met the week before during what they knew was a critical time of your life, then only an inhuman monster could carry on and focus on themselves.
And of course, if they left you FOR another guy, then they aren't thinking about you because they're too busy having fun with him.

I have watched and rewatched most if not all of your about “ex” coaching to remind me to carry on my “No Contact” strategy. Watched this video about 8 hours ago, get tired and watched something else “crime documentaries” just to distract myself from thinking about my “ex”. While watching the documentaries, my other phone notify me of a message from this so called “ex” who still calls me his baby .... I didn’t really know what to text back when he texted me some complimentary text and a couple of kisses and hearty hearty. He was greeting me a happy new year and asked me if how I am.
I answered from being cold like “how are you?” And he answered me unconvincing answer. I even asked him if he is “lying or making things up again”... I think i killed it, i have no regrets.
Btw, I did the “No Contacts” principles from you coach. It really works.
no contact means blocking your phone , social media , avoid places you might run into them ......most of the time if it goes over a month of two you find out you really weren't meant to be together anyway

When you talk about the ex experiencing loss all I think about in this day and age with tinder and basically fast food dating a woman never has to experience loss she can have someone the next day. I love watching your videos, every time I feel like crying or my heart is hurting I watch your videos and I remind myself I don’t need a man to make me happy, I am my own person. But as much as I want him back idk if I can see him the same. He gives me mixed signals. But I’m a lot better now that I watched your videos and have a second view because he acts just the way you say a guy would.

In my No contact period my ex reached out to me on 5th day and asked me how am I doing to which I replied politely that i am doing well and everything is absolutely fine and here's the update my ex second time decided to reach out and this time she reached out to my "Mom" Yes she texted my mom and asked her how she's doing and all

Remain in no contact. She's trying to take your power away from you. She wants to pretend as if you are fiending for het.
Do nothing at all and wait from her period.
Great sign! The tables are turning. Feel good about the fact she is reaching out to others to find out about you. Gain strength in that and stay in no contact!

okay this gave me a huge wake up from depression. deep down i knew this i think, and deep down i udnerstand my ex, but now that i heard this from you i managed to bring up these feelings this knowledge form deep down , above the sorrow , fear and depression and finaly realize that whats the situation and why shouldnt i let myself drown in negativity. Thank you very much!
After a decade of no contact I found out today that the answer is yes. No contact slowly cranked up the intensity of her feelings and made her curious. She’s even using the same playbook from when we first got together 20 years ago. Nothing will come of this but there is satisfaction in knowing that she’s been preoccupied even after getting married.

Everything you have said , is soooo correct . I stopped thinking of her . But sometimes she comes to mind but i stop. I also need to make my self busy... sometimes I feel when she tells me she’s busy or she’s doing this or doing this. She’s lying . So I will also do it too.
