The only reason she is coming back is because that relationship,at least for now has failed or is failing,and you are simply her next best option. No Contact is no joke! It’s not just no contact, you have to energetically leave the building. That is key. You have to literally be completely moved on. Sad but true. It worked for me, but by the time they reached out I had already mourned them and moved on.
That’s what makes it beautiful. Nature makes it easy to get them to work on rekindling things. You won’t be faking it as you’ve genuinely moved on emotionally.

It’s interesting to note 2 things:
1 the dad did NOT beg the son to stay. He knew that doing so would not have been successful. When one has made up their mind to leave...let them go. He was prepared to never see his son alive again. That is HARD.
2. The dad did NOT send a search party or a well being search party. As much as he was hurt, he stayed BACK.
The son however came back to his sense and returned to his dad.... begging to be taken as one of his dad’s hired hand.
The dad overjoyed threw a welcome party. This son of mine was DEAD but now he is ALIVE.

However he did not interfere in the planning of his son however evil. The salon considered his father dead by the mere fact that he demanded the portion of his inheritance. This story is unique within itself from the other ones. He I believe put all his trust in God. That if it was God’s will for him to see his son again it would happen. This is a higher calling. It shows deep trust in God. King David did the exact same thing when his own son declared himself King. He left the kingdom with ris one reasoning...
If what he is doing is from God there is nothing he could do to stop it. On the same time if what his son was doing was NOT from God his endeavor would fail. The end result was that his son failed. Read the book A tale of 3 Kings.
I for one was married 26 yrs. My wife left and divorced me. As I read my Bible a divorce does NOT end a marriage ONLY death of a partner.
It has been a roller coaster ride of pain and agony. When one leaves a marriage, it’s equivalent to death even worse because at least with death there is a final point.
So, I know I unloaded a bunch but I believe that if what has happened is from God there is nothing I can do to change anything. On the same time If it’s not, we will get back together.
Meantime I need to STAND. Trust God and NOT take matters into my own hands. Trust God in prayers.

Listening to Coach Lee, I got my ex back in 63 days. I followed what he said exactly and it really, really works. He knows his stuff peeps. I was the chaser in the situation, now the tables have turned. No contact is how you learn how to take back your personal power. It's a psychological journey that is SO valuable. What I would do is spend your free time doing things you enjoy rather than sitting down and replaying your memories. Maybe work out, draw, paint, write, whatever it may be stay occupied; overthinking is never good, but I believe that you've got this!

In that time I used your advice , I was mainly focusing on myself and I got so much more healthier and achieved more then I thought I could . @@daughterofheavenlyfather3509 I focused on myself . By that I mean analysing my flaws and taking small steps everyday to improve them . On top of that , I used the no contact method and followed a lot of his advice . Unfortunately , after we got back together , we did break up again . However , now I believe we just weren’t meant to be together and I’m happy being single . A lot of what he preaches will either gain you this person back or help you thrive without them, so I’d really recommend it.

I was so nervous and didn't know how to reach back to my ex after I initiated the breakup, trying to be careful as much as possible. I was in the military for 5 years. I met my highschool sweetheart and we hit it off really well. I made the mistake of leaving her and went off to the service. For 5 years, we were apart. 2 years overseas and 2 1/2 years on homeland ground. We stuck through it and were in love. All I could think of and all we talked about was coming home and being together.
Well I finally came home. And we were together. Everything was perfect. For about a month.
10 days ago, she told me she had begun loosing feelings over the last couple of months. My world was shattered (and still is). There’s nothing more I want than to be with her and to give her everything she could ever deserve. All I want is to hold her. But she asked for time and a break. Saying that it’s not me, it’s her. Cliche response, I know that. It hurts more so to understand that I was her first everything. (Yes, first everything lol). But the ocean, seeing a shooting star, the city of Rome, snowboarding, there were so many things we experienced together for the first time. I was her first love. Those feelings and memories DONT just go away.

It hurts and there are days I feel like caving in. I’m sticking to it though. Everything you say makes perfect sense once you sit back, calm down, and think it through. He arrived at his home and he realized he was wanting me back because he didn’t know that he would feel the loss he did. He felt like things were foreign and empty without me.

Thank you for your videos Coach Lee, they are very comforting and remind me to stay strong. I'm 5 weeks into NC with a guy I fell for long distance who love bombed me, but then kept me in the maybe zone, because he still had feelings for some online ''ex'' that doesn't care about him, and didn't want a relationship. Despite that, he still called all the time and wanted me around and let me plan to fly to him. I'm still friends with his bestie and apparently he has ''accepted the loss and wants to do whatever he wants'', so I am losing hope. He is a prideful loner type person and will likely stay in the relief stage for a really long time. I made it clear to the friend that he messed up big time and showed no signs of missing him. But I do, it's horrible going from being close to someone, to strangers. He hasn't reached out at all, not even to thank me for his Xmas gift I sent before the ''breakup''. He is so emotionally immature. My gut is telling me he's going to come crawling back when I no longer care :/

@@rebeccav7420 I'm not sure, he's just emotionally immature and never had real love before, I was the closest he has ever had to genuine affection and interest. He actually turned cold and hostile when someone in my town asked me out. It's like it's easier for him to friendzone and put a wall up. I'm not sure if NC will have as big of an impact on a long distance short ''relationship''. I am confident he misses me to some degree, as we used to spend 9+ hours some days gaming and chatting all night, including the holidays. There will be a big void now where that used to be. My head wants him gone, my heart misses him. My gut is screaming at me that this isn't over and that he is going to majorly regret it and come back into my life. Time will tell...

I'm with someone much better who is an absolute diamond, and now we live together and I barely think of the previous guy I was moping about. I was friends with my current partner prior to dating him and honestly it's the best way, everything feels stable and safe and he supports me and I never have any doubts or questions. I trust him with my life and he stands up for me and protects me.
If I do think of the previous guy, it's more of a "ew, he was so wrong for me and such a loser".

6:25 this is really what happens most of the time. Dumpers are testing the waters when you do no contact for some time. Responding to their messages politely doesn’t break the no contact rule. Most of the time, dumpers will be casual like asking how are you doing. Ignoring them makes them fall back again and you will be stuck again in the waiting game. All you have to do is respond casually too. No serious replies not unless your ex admits everything. Dont forget they are the ones who dumped you.
15:02 this is also true. A lot of times, the reason they are reaching out to you because they are in their down times. Just be chill on your replies, do them casually not unless your ex makes a grand gesture of admitting the fault and wants to compromise and wants you back.

Yes that’s the way it goes. I’m on second stage no contact as the video explains the need to not worry about time but concentrate on staying in NC and self-improvement. I guess in time my ex will resurface in the meantime will continue improving on me until the narrative is revealed.

In the end, I reached out to him and we got together briefly, but then he decided that to him, it wasn’t worth getting back together with me. He didn’t want to go back there again. Still, it was worth a try because I loved him so very much. But now it’s really time for me to move on and meet someone to whom I’ll be worth their time and effort. I want to be with a man who values me as a woman and a human being. My ex never valued me. I think I was more like a distraction from his ex-wife. I don’t know if this was planned but : I ended up crossing paths with my ex narc who discarded me, I wasn’t expecting it, I just looked at her and kept walking.
I’ve been seeing a friend we have in common, and on this exact day his girlfriend (which is my ex’s best friend) was ok with finally meeting with us (which I found weird since we never seen each other after I got discarded 4 months ago.) she chose a bar right next to the parc where my ex trains her clients, and they decided we go there afterwards.
It all seems planned, they told me my ex knew we were meeting up but supposedly they didn’t tell her in which park. However the couple knew she would be there training

My ex always reached out in the 18 months of being apart (even geographically) and since end of Dec we are seeing each other again... I suggested it... he said yes.... he says he doesn't feel "being in love" .... it hurts a bit but being together for a month now is helping us both to understand if we want to keep going or not.... The Ego says "he doesn't deserve you"... the Soul says: "let him be and believe that the best for you will happen, whether it is him or another person because you desire to have a companion in life"....

Everything Coach Lee says is true, I am astonished to say the least. My shorttime BF broke up with me after five months. He reappeared after two months and faded away again. Really excellent video, Coach Lee is absolutely right, the power of time is on your side. In my case my long time Girlfriend of 5 years dumped me and then went to work in Australia. After about 2 months of no contact she sent me a text, l made the mistake of ignoring her before l watched Coach Lee advice, then thought, ok l have probably blown it. One year later she contacted me again and asked if we could get back together and "be like we used to be", she even apologised, l was so shocked. I will never underestimate the power of time again.

You have very direct honest advice. You go further into what happens with your ex and and the psychology. I won't lie no contact is sometimes the hardest thing to do but it is the most effective. A girl I was talking to things were really good then poof she disappeared. I went into no contact. 5 months later she contacted me and ask me "what are we to each other, are we going to be happy again?" I am being polite but I am not saying yes taking slow.
