This is the best lower back exercise I have ever come across. I have had lower back pain for about 8 yrs and nothing has ever helped. Anything I do aggravates it. I had always felt that my deliverance will com from RUclips. I came across this video on Monday 5/10/21 and immediately knew it will be of great help. As I was doing the exercise, I was feeling some things loosening up in my body. Once I was done with this exercise, about 80% of my pain left. I didn’t know the lower back pain was affecting my posture and the way I walk. I noticed that my posture changed and the way I walk changed too. If you are having a lower back pain, I assure you this video will be of great help. I have only done it 3 times before this review and have seen a lot of changes. I can confirm that this is the best exercise to tackle lower back pain. I've been trying different exercises, medicines, pain killers and massage oils which never worked. I saw this video and decided to try the exercise 2 times a day. (Morning and evening) I was very negative coz I was sure that it would'nt work. The second day, I was able to swing my waist properly 😃. By the end of the third day, all the pain had gone. This was a miracle. I thank you very much for sharing this video. Lean a bit forward and you dont want youre backpack below youre ass there are some tips on how to properly wear a backpack i recommend them cuz i also had a really heavy pack.

Ok guys so I’ve been having extremely extricating pain in my lower back for the past 3 months. I’ve just tried these exercises even if they hurt me I did all of the positions this doctor has shown and I cannot believe that my pain has eased significantly, I will be doing these poses 2 times a day now until I am completely better. I fucked up my pelvis, arm and ribs, back in 2015 and I remember doing these excersises in physio therapy to this day my body suffers pain from Time to time, and I hardly do these excersises anymore, and for the past week, I haven't been able to stand or walk for a long period of time, and I don't have money for a chiropractor 😭😷 thank God for these videos.

As a Personal Trainer, using introductory yoga poses to improve pushup proficiency is one of my favorite techniques! And personally I've been doing lots of Russian twists with the med balls. Awesome post!!

I had my back pain for almost 3 years and it was so bad...but one day I went to one ministry and while the minister prayed for everyone, he suddenly said that Jesus wants to heal someone who has a back pain and at that very moment I felt something on my back like a touching hand resting on me... after 2 seconds the pain left and till now I am completely heal. Jesus is my healer and I know that He will heal you too. God bless you🙏

I'm going to try this starting tomorrow. I did some of those stretches without ever watching videos...(not everyday) these positions were just so relieving. I'm gonna give an update
In my 40's - a few years ago, the tiniest of movements just turning set my lower back off, and took weeks to properly recover from. Every year it returns from the smallest and silliest of movements. This year I hand dug a huge pond, moved wheelbarrow loads of earth, cut down trees with hand saws and have done all manner of physical labour, then a week ago, I'm indoors, bend to put some wood in the fire, and my back's gone again. These exercises seem to help, but my wife did yoga for many years and warns against the cobra. If you don't do it just right, she claims it can do your back more harm than good.

I used to ignore it and twice I visited doctors. They used to prescribe some medicine, I used to be well and did not visit them again. I am a figure skater and as a supporting exercise to improve my spins and moves I do some flexibility training, but these weeks my back has been feeling sore from the stretches and for me these stretches actually worked! These exercises helped me in recovery from pain. Now these are in my routine exercises for strengthening the back and core. Based on my personal experience, these are must to do, for all, in their daily workout (can be done any time, anywhere. Max 10 minutes with rest). We usually ignore back exercises even if we are in a habit of walk, jog, pushups, pull ups, etc.

Reading the comments on this feed and seeing teens with back pains!? This should be inconceivable for that young age. Probably too many video games. Ten years ago I used to teach Senior Citizen exercise classes, was involved in Karate and kick boxing classes along with a regular workout regimen. I’m 60, female and short, 4’10”. I have worked a very hard, physically, all my life and over compensated for my height. I’m also what you would call a “stocky build” or athletic looking. Also very impatient! I’ve heard the phrase “work smarter, not harder”. If I had known and followed this advice at a younger age I probably wouldn’t be having the back problems I’m having now. 3 bulging disks. I now work at my desk more than I care too! Which is causing me the most excruciating lower back pain that runs into my legs, arms and neck. Excessive sitting is the main cause! When I get out and work in the yard doing strenuous physical work I rarely have this pain unless I’ve been bending over for long periods of time like in the garden weeding. I’m going to try these exercises and see if I can get some relief. I feel like I have many years left if I can commit to a consistent regimen.
Guys, google or youtube - "Yoga for back pain". Find the different poses and learn them. Its a therapy which is done very slowly and calmly. It will take time but I promise you it can even cancel your surgery referred by doctors. Start doing it and see the results starting after 3 or 4 days if done properly.
@@sheikhrahman3161 the problem for me is that I had no clips on my bar since I was working out from home over quarantine. After each set the weight slowly slid off until eventually it just completely came off mid set and I strained my back pretty bad on one side because of it. Never squatting without clips again lol

I’m 19 and have developed a serious case of fibromyalgia causing basically chronic pain. Stretching and massage, chiropractor after the other and I still live with life shattering pain. Into this guy that are making me get through the tears of the anguish
Praying for you Carlos. Chronic pain for me due to bad epidural & acupuncture . Don't forget warm baths, saunas, & the Therabody massage gun. Massages will help too. Pray & meditate, dance, strengthen your back, CBD roll on, tiger balm. Watch the elastic in your clothes. All of these things have helped. Lastly restorative yoga specifically for back pain.
@@Mayousse careful, don't treat your lower back with heat and then start using it. Only use heat when you are about to sleep. Relaxing muscles with heat and then working them is bad. Cold treatment in the start of your day, heat in the end.
Wrestling has added more skills to my overall fight game, but it has also given me lower back pain as a bonus. I lift training partners 35/40 kg heavier than me on a daily basis, so the pain never really goes away. Will try out your exercises rightaway 👍🏽

Thank you so much. What I do requires me to sit sometimes even 18 hours straight. I've gone through chairs one after the other, massages here and there, nothing, the pain is still there. I started seeing some results doing deadlift but still I could feel some pressure. I got desperate for anything, then I found this, I do it daily and oh man, thank you... and I'm not joking, the pain is gone!!

you can also do push-ups and pull-ups more often in the morning to strengthen your bone once you recover.

I had my back pain for almost 3 years and it was so bad...but one day I went to one ministry and while the minister prayed for everyone, he suddenly said that Jesus wants to heal someone who has a back pain and at that very moment I felt something on my back like a touching hand resting on me... after 2 seconds the pain left and till now I am completely heal. Jesus is my healer and I know that He will heal you too. God bless you🙏

I'm going to try this starting tomorrow. I did some of those stretches without ever watching videos...(not everyday) these positions were just so relieving. I'm gonna give an update

In my 40's - a few years ago, the tiniest of movements just turning set my lower back off, and took weeks to properly recover from. Every year it returns from the smallest and silliest of movements. This year I hand dug a huge pond, moved wheelbarrow loads of earth, cut down trees with hand saws and have done all manner of physical labour, then a week ago, I'm indoors, bend to put some wood in the fire, and my back's gone again.
These exercises seem to help, but my wife did yoga for many years and warns against the cobra. If you don't do it just right, she claims it can do your back more harm than good.

I am working from home since last year and I am also tall at the same time which adds on the problem I have with my lower back. I used to ignore it and twice I visited doctors. They used to prescribe some medicine, I used to be well and did not visit them again. But due to the sedentary lifestyle, no matter how many meds a person takes, the pain will still stay somehow. I just tried your exercises and now I feel so relaxed at the first time itself. I need to do this regularly for better results.

These exercises helped me in recovery from pain. Now these are in my routine exercises for strengthening the back and core. Based on my personal experience, these are must to do, for all, in their daily workout (can be done any time, anywhere. Max 10 minutes with rest). We usually ignore back exercises even if we are in a habit of walk, jog, pushups, pull ups, etc.

Ten years ago I used to teach Senior Citizen exercise classes, was involved in Karate and kick boxing classes along with a regular workout regimen.
I’m 60, female and short, 4’10”. I have worked a very hard, physically, all my life and over compensated for my height. I’m also what you would call a “stocky build” or athletic looking. Also very impatient!
I’ve heard the phrase “work smarter, not harder”. If I had known and followed this advice at a younger age I probably wouldn’t be having the back problems I’m having now. 3 bulging disks. I now work at my desk more than I care too! Which is causing me the most excruciating lower back pain that runs into my legs, arms and neck. Excessive sitting is the main cause! When I get out and work in the yard doing strenuous physical work I rarely have this pain unless I’ve been bending over for long periods of time like in the garden weeding.
I’m going to try these exercises and see if I can get some relief. I feel like I have many years left if I can commit to a consistent regimen.

So here is another episode of where quarantine brought me, this time literally and i searched for it.
Guys, google or youtube - "Yoga for back pain". Find the different poses and learn them. Its a therapy which is done very slowly and calmly. It will take time but I promise you it can even cancel your surgery referred by doctors. Start doing it and see the results starting after 3 or 4 days if done properly.

Squats generally injure lower back if not done in proper form. Doing squats in running shoes can be one of the reason that I was doing.
@@sheikhrahman3161 the problem for me is that I had no clips on my bar since I was working out from home over quarantine. After each set the weight slowly slid off until eventually it just completely came off mid set and I strained my back pretty bad on one side because of it. Never squatting without clips again lol

I’m 19 and have developed a serious case of fibromyalgia causing basically chronic pain. Stretching and massage, chiropractor after the other and I still live with life shattering pain. Into this guy that are making me get through the tears of the anguish

Praying for you Carlos. Chronic pain for me due to bad epidural & acupuncture . Don't forget warm baths, saunas, & the Therabody massage gun. Massages will help too. Pray & meditate, dance, strengthen your back, CBD roll on, tiger balm. Watch the elastic in your clothes. All of these things have helped. Lastly restorative yoga specifically for back pain.

@@Mayousse careful, don't treat your lower back with heat and then start using it. Only use heat when you are about to sleep. Relaxing muscles with heat and then working them is bad. Cold treatment in the start of your day, heat in the end.

Wrestling has added more skills to my overall fight game, but it has also given me lower back pain as a bonus. I lift training partners 35/40 kg heavier than me on a daily basis, so the pain never really goes away. Will try out your exercises rightaway 👍🏽

Thank you so much. What I do requires me to sit sometimes even 18 hours straight. I've gone through chairs one after the other, massages here and there, nothing, the pain is still there. I started seeing some results doing deadlift but still I could feel some pressure. I got desperate for anything, then I found this, I do it daily and oh man, thank you... and I'm not joking, the pain is gone!!
