Dealing with returns for print-on-demand shoes is a real headache! It seems like customers often end up ordering the wrong size, which can be a pain since we can't just swap them out. Any ideas on how to tackle this problem, Joe?
I have sold shoes online for 24 years and any that do size exchanges, I just have sent back to me and turn around and resell the returned ones on ebay.
@iAbhishek_official You could just tell customers to keep the shoes and donate the wrong size to the nearest Goodwill or second-hand store. I know of others doing this in their businesses and it puts a really positive spin on the situation. Yes, you’d lose money on the shoes, but you’d likely achieve high customer satisfaction and experience, and something like that could spark powerful word of mouth exposure for your brand. Just a suggestion. All the best to you ☺️
Do you recommend making an Etsy shop or a Shopify site? I have an Etsy store with 100 digital art pieces. I used to sell a couple things a week, but it’s turned into maybe once every three weeks I sell something.
Help Joe! I did a metal wall art and it sold -- TO SOMEONE IN IRELAND! I don't want to cancel their order, but I'm thinking should I ship to my house and then ship to them? I'm stressing RN. Hopefully you'll see this and help me out -- Teelaunch says international shipping but their specific metal wall art in only continental US :(
Well, I guess what I would say first is in what way do you think this information is showcased to them? I would certainly think you would not want to present this as a warning or something like that. I think it’s perfectly normal to write about how somewhere on the store you partner with print providers all over the world to be able to deliver a high-quality product at a low price. it’s not like you’re writing in big red letters, warning: product ship from China
Joe, I'm seeing IG posts in the sports niche selling both shoes and apparel designs using NFL and MLB team names. Some allow customizing by adding your name. I thought all pro teams trademark tgeir names. Am I wrong? Are these deaigns Okay because they are using just the team name and not their logos? Your thoughts. Thanks.
in my experience, most magnetic material for door applications doesn't hold well at larger sizes. I have one for my work van that is roughly 18"x96". While sitting still it holds just fine, but driving is a different story. Wind can and will take it right off. It happened to me, and ever since, I take it off before driving. BTW, im having to use it to cover my business logo due to HOA BS while parked at home. Id suggest a vinyl application. Or are you trying to sell a magnetic sign this large?
These look great and I would love to do them, if only I can find a USA supplier. I'm not a stickler for everything having to be made in the U.S., although that's preferable when available, but I don't want to deal with international taxes and customs or anything like that. I'm just getting started within the U.S. and I'm only selling to American customers because that is complicated enough for me as a beginner. Do you possibly know of any POD suppliers that offer American-made shoes so I could make them without having to figure out all that extra international stuff? Thanks!
@@RealJoeRobert Really? I thought it would complicate my life a lot if I used a foreign supplier. Well, you should know! Thanks for the info. I'm going to be adding shoes to my store! Yay!
I'm a Nigerian and currently residing in my country, my major challenge now is linking my PayPal account details to my store. Do you have any video on that? I am just kicking up but want to be so sure I can do this from Nigeria.
Wow, didn’t know this product had so much potential! Thanks for sharing this gem-definitely going to try it out and see how it works for me.
Thank you for sharing your informations ❤

Deal with suppliers that offer free size replacement ;)
@@LoriAnneBrown for a size exchange, does the customer pay to return the shoes to you?

In your experience, how do customers generally feel about the fact that the shoes are shipped from China?

I understand your concern, but there isn’t international taxes or customs fees involved if you’re selling to the USA

Hello brother, can you help me get accepted on Merch by Amazon?
Why would you think I would be able to do that? 😊
