So glad to finally see someone play this game! Ever since I saw Brutalmoose play it I’ve been wanting to see someone either play it or get my hands on it, but unfortunately it’s abandonware it’s a bit hard to find :( thank you so much for these gameplay videos!! 🍎
Glad to see the new format is sticking around! This also answers a question I never got to ask, which was how you were going to do another long one like Emergency Room 3. With the old one-case-a-week format, it would have taken a year to complete. As long as you can make it work and you're comfortable with it, that's great.
What I liked most in this game was the atmosphere, it hits just right. Realistic enough to be serious, but the humorous banter provides some much needed comedic relief, (though it results in some wildly unprofessional radio chatter). That Backstreet Boys conversation is just iconic. There's also a good mix of new and returning actors from Code Blue and Code Red. In this video we already see the actors that played Nurse Silva, Stacy Blum, and a reprised Dr. Bridges. But here's an interesting observation that a couple of Legacy forum users back in the day pointed out. In the bad ending of the rollerblading accident, you can see a hospital staff member entering the shot in the background, this person looks a lot like the very first patient you treated at the club and a couple of people were convinced it was. However, there's really no way to prove this as neither actor nor model is credited in the game. Great start! Be prepared, there are some pretty intense and grim scenarios on the way, especially in year 3.
love your videos so much, i played a lot of legacy games as a kid and have the whole collection of them still with me. you're doing great work and i'm really grateful to be able to sit back and watch someone else play it so i'm not panicking over the patients. they're in good hands with you. you're awesome !!
Finally, I’ve been waiting for a playthrough of this game since brutalmoose played it years ago. So glad I stumbled upon you a while ago when looking for a code blue playthrough.
Be aware of some bugs in the game 1. in Hypoglycemia case the main complaint was supposed to be Diabetic emergency but it said Head injury as a correct one, the same goes for the same patient when you meet him for intracerebral hemorrage, but by then it will say that is a Diabetic emergency, not a Head Injury. 2. Electrocution case is like the GSW case, but when assesing the patient he will have entry points on his right foot and left hand, and no questions are avalable. 3.6th and 7th question for Marfan syndrome case does'nt work somehow. 4. For patient that jumped into the pool and when selecting Head Injury, it would say that is incorrect even though the Head Injury is selected.
Oh boy, thanks for the heads up. I’ve found that in some cases for Legacy games, the questions don’t work if you don’t ask them right at the beginning. Curious if it’s a case of that or if they straight-up don’t work.

Yeah, the old format was definitely inefficient. I think this one will work better while not being terribly time-consuming on my part.
@@PineCreamCone Great! Sounds like a really good deal.

Whats the scariest hospital game you played?
Hmm, hard one to answer. Maybe Code Red, because it had some kinda grisly cases.
@@PineCreamCone Give 911 Paramedic some time and it'll surpass it as the scariest hospital game, and also the saddest.
