Ok why didn’t you show us the motor installation? Where did the spring go? That may be very difficult because it just popped out. Is there any tension on it?
i had a bbk that went bad on me and caused my car to go into limp mode after about a year threw a 60 dollar cheap replacement on just to kinda get a idea of what the issue is and it sloved the issue but that also went bad but when u order a new thottle body it should come with the TPS and the throttle acuator already installed on the body its senf u should be able to just take off 4 bolts and throw it on takes less then 5 min if you know how to use simple hand tools. im thinking of switching over to the ford performace one to solve the issue with them going out after about a year or so. anyone have a ford performace thottle and if so could u tell me how it has held up ?
This throttle body is unneeded for most applications. The stock throttle body flows a lot of CFM. You're gonna lose driveability going to a larger throttle body than you need. You can improve the stock throttle body by dremeling the inlet to the butterfly, removing the squared off edges, giving it a smooth taper. You'll get snappier throttle response and maintain driveability

I got this along with the intake manifold, lost some oomph on the low end.

I just bought a low mile 06 GT and this BBK TB came on it..can you please explain "losing drivability"?
