That's awesome! I wish we had a lake on our property, but hopefully one day we will put in a pond.
Soo much brighter in there with the windows by the time you add the back door and kitchen and other windows you are going to have great natural lighting in there.
I’m interested in the big rain catchment container. Can you cover where to find one that big, how much it is, how you set it up etc
Absolutely! We will definitely be giving all the details when we get there but the Norwesco brand seems to be the most highly recommended. It's about $2,000 for the tank depending on where you go. Better Together Life has 2 of the 2500 gallon tanks set up for their shed to house.
Have you considered incinerator toilet they run around 1000 alot better than septic. You can pour ashes in flower bed.

I’m putting in an incinerating toilet i think. I need to be 100% mobile and 100% off grid. It is expensive but seems to be my best choice. BUT we are bucket system’ing it till then 😂
The buckets are so fun, right? 😂
I haven't really looked into an incinerating toilet. I bet those are pricey 😬

GUURRRL!!! ARE YOU COMING TO THE OKIE HOMESTEADING EXPO 2024? IOMG!! that is just down the road from me!!! I wasn't gonna go this comming year beacuse they changed it where you have to buy both days and I COULD only go 1 day! But am I NOW am gonna HAVE TO go both? I can't miss seeing you!
