@LackLusterMedia Thank You so much for sharing this on your Channel. I am the guys that was arrested that night. I did like the police that night. That night open my eyes to the tyrants they really are. And that most of them don’t know the laws they are supposedly to enforce. This happens a lot in the area that I live in but sadly most will plea out to the charge very few will stand up to these Tyrants. It cost me my business and has financially ruin me. But if I had to do it all over again I would do it in Heart beat. The prosecutor ask me right before he dismissed the charge if this was worth it to me. My response was no one should have to go through what I went thru on Nov 5th 2022 and the months that follow. And I quoted to him what Ben Franklin once said, if you’re willing to sacrifice freedom over safety you deserve neither and will end up with neither one.

I side with the first cop in this instance because if he had not been the business owner and someone looking to rob the place he'd want the police to check that all was good, the business owner was out of line straight from the get go, the cop should have backed down after yes. But the business owner did himself no favours.

This cop openly admits MULTIPLE times that his reason for arrest is for being rude, exercising his right, knowing the law, and not being a "friend of the police" like most business owners. This is what it boils down to, cops graduate from a 3-6 month academy, get a badge and gun, and immediately believe they now have authority over regular civilians. And that their right to stop and ask questions of someone (which is something EVERYONE is authorized to do), automatically translates to REQUIRING answers and cooperation, and the entitlement of respect. "Don't talk back, don't argue, don't cuss, don't disrespect.. you answer my questions and respect me and my badge or else.."
