    • @noneshere
      @noneshere 2 месяца назад +20

      I just saw a video on ragomonkey channel of a Florida cop slamming a kid with his hands up in the surrender pose on the concrete at a McDonald's. The cop was viscous and they're was no reason for him to do such . The cop could of simply cuffed him but he went on a rage ramming the kid backwards and tripped the kid with his leg backwards on the concrete. You gotta find it but YT deleted it shortly after because it's soo viscous cop behavior. The video had a watermark that said " only in Dade "

      I also wouldn’t be surprised if she was on cocaine or some sort of amphetamine.

      So so true.. can't see medical records but would like to know what the hospital found. I did hear something.. I don't know fully what a panic attack entails.. how it's diagnosed or if it's just based on the person's words on what she's feeling etc.. but I agree.. the safety of the community is less with her armed. How far away was she from ending him?

      She thought that the police department was going to take her word and leave the scene with the victim in handcuffs. Instead she realized her fuckup and had a panic attack when she realized she just drew a weapon on the victim and she pretty much knew then and there that she was going to be fired. Not always, some cops start out as really good cops and due to the job and their own personal issues over time they start to become this way for some it may only take a few months or years for others they may go a decade or more. The problem with a lot of officers is they are not required to get mental health treatment on a regular basis to deal with everything they encounter. So you end up with some very unstable cops running around and that’s where problems go way off the rails. But you also have overly aggressive cops that are heading down that path that are being covered up for by other officers rather than having them put into proper treatment to deal with whatever issues they are having.

      @andysheepleton 15 дней назад

      No he didn't. The real perpetrator made an accusation that the innocent guy was harassing the guys wife in a threatening way. It is not always a situation where one guy committed a crime and the other guy is innocent of any wrongdoing. A lot of the time both people have committed crimes. The claim that the perpetrator made is probably a lie, but the other officers on the scene do not have special powers that allow them to determine that. The perpetrators actions and demeanor after the police arrived gave the impression that he was the calm rational one and that the victim was the one out of control.
      Even with the tape we could not hear what the guy said to the perpetrators wife. He could have made threats, probably not, but we do not know what he said. When the police arrived the guy who brandished was calm, respectful, obeyed every command, and responded to the questions that were asked him. Sadly because the initial officer acted in an unreasonable way that would get most people excited the guy in the shorts never calmed down enough to be responsive to questions by the supervisor. He filibustered. He kept talking and talking and talking, he was not calm, and he was not responsive to questions. What happened with the first officer was wrong. But he never calmed down enough for the other officers to question him, and he never stopped talking about things unrelated to the questions that officers asked him. Being full of adrenaline and being high on drugs can look very similar. The supervisor made a good effort to question the guy, but the whole time he was amped up.

It's quite ridiculous, however, most people prefer to complain on RUclips comments but never ever call their state representative. That's a good indication of how seriously people actually take this. Phone calls to state reps take 5-10 mins. If large sums of people would make calls to their state reps and not to police, then we might actually get somewhere in making real change.

    She had several violations of department policy preceded her last one: accessing a restricted database to snoop on the partner of her former wife, a Delray Beach police officer; leaving her AR-15 rifle inside her patrol car, which was burglarized; and displaying an "instigative behavior" toward a man she arrested in 2019.
    Gould's lawsuit against Guerriero isn't her first, either. In 2018, a woman named Zsofia Ruha accused the officer of arresting her "within a matter of two seconds" and failing to say why she had done so.
    "Every private citizen's safety and life is in danger who comes across officer Guerriero," Ruha wrote to the judge. She represented herself in lieu of an attorney.
    U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks dismissed the case in 2020.
