In this journey i have bad relationship with my friends They say me that i am depressed I can't become like those I have great aim for my life so i choose to lefting those groups
Heeeey, you’ll overcome this. You’re strong and you need to remember that you have soooo much power and potential within you, you’re the light of this world and there is nothing you can’t achieve. You are never alone, you are important for the world and you have purpose - love others, yourself and always grow even if sometimes it’s difficult. Just start with small things like doing 5 minutes of stretching, reading only 1 page of book or trying new hobby. Don’t put too much expectation on yourself, instead just focus on what you can accomplish “NOW” even if again it’s a small thing like going outside for a walk. You’re amazing and you just can’t give up on yourself right now, you’re bigger than your fears and insecurities, you just need to remember how you fought negativity before and how there was always a “good ending” after each storm. I send you so much love and support. You are strong and you’ll go through this, just don’t give up on yourself and keep surrounding yourself with positivity as much as you can.
